The hotel met most of our needs, however, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The room was comfortable and provided the essentials, but it felt like some details were overlooked that could have made the experience much better.
One of the most notable issues was the lack of sheer curtains. The room had large windows, which allowed plenty of natural light, but without sheer curtains, we felt exposed. Anyone outside could easily see into the room, making privacy a concern. While there were heavier curtains for the evening, during the day, we would have appreciated the option of sheer curtains to enjoy the daylight without sacrificing privacy.
Another challenge was the lighting in the room. There were only two lamps in the bedroom, which provided minimal light. The space felt dim, especially in the evening when we needed better lighting for reading or getting ready. Additional lighting or lamps in the living room would have helped brighten up the space and made it feel more inviting.
The bathroom was generally well-maintained, but the shower head was too large for the shower space. It felt awkward trying to adjust the angle, and water ended up splashing out of the shower, making a bit of a mess. A smaller or more appropriately sized shower head would have been a better fit and improved the overall showering experience.
On the positive side, the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient for exploring the city.
