If you are wanting to be in a tourist spot that has everything close by, I definitely recommend to stay at this hotel. Not only does it have a lot of shops around and a lot to see but also very clean rooms, with an amazing staff that will help you.

Im giving this review 3 stars because while the service from the staff was generally good, my overall experience was disappointing due to the room situation. I paid extra to book a Deluxe Room, but was given what was clearly a Junior Suite – which is a lower-tier room according to the hotel’s own website. When I raised this with the front desk, I was told I had been given the Deluxe Room, despite clear differences between what I booked and what I received. At that point, I felt either I was being lied to directly or the website is highly misleading with incorrect photos and room descriptions. Either way, it’s unacceptable for a property to advertise one thing and deliver another. If you’re considering upgrading your room, I would recommend double-checking everything before you arrive and taking screenshots of your booking details and the room photos. It’s unfortunate, because the service otherwise was pleasant, but this left a sour taste in what could have been a great stay.

Mi estadía en este hotel fue genial la atención al cliente muy amable el servicio excelente la habitación organizada limpia muy agradable, el desayuno genial. El hotel en una ubicación cerca a los lugares del centro comercial y actividades volvería a hospedarme de nuevo.

La propiedad es super linda, muy accesible en todos los aspectos, zona muy segura y la amabilidad de las personas que trabaja ahi es genial.

We went on a Friday and Saturday night. Friday there is a nightclub, not sure if it's in the hotel or next to it, but there was no rest that night with the walls pounding from the music, Saturday night was a little less noisy but still inconvenient. We all ended up with bed bug bites. Room was large and roomy, AC was cold.

Perfect Location for our stay in Cali. Would for sure recommend

Excellent location

The hotel was very comfortable and met all of our needs. I would suggest they add some hooks in the bathroom as storage is very minimal. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only two things I didn’t like was the breakfast and that the room didn’t have a closet

Excelente propiedad y el personal super atento. Tambien mucha seguridad. Lo unico es que la habitación que me toco carretera estaba al lado de la carretera y el ruido de los carros se sentia muy cerca. Por lo demas, todo bien.
