The staff is lovely - super helpful! The room we stayed in was great - modern and comfortable. The key here is the prime location. Walking distance to some of the best of what Paris has to offer. I really want to highlight how kind the staff were. They prioritized a quicker room turnaround so that we can get an early check in. One day it was raining, and we got complimentary umbrellas to borrow. And one late evening, we wanted herbal tea and the concierge went and got it for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Das Zimmer roch stark nach Rauch. Dem Hotel war es bewusst, da ein Luftreiniger im Zimmer installiert war, der aber rein gar nichts gebracht hat. Wir waren - wie vorangekündigt - mit einem Baby unterwegs. Welches 4* Hotel platziert ein kleines Baby in ein solches Zimmer??? Wir haben 3 mal reklamiert. Es gab nicht mal eine Entschuldigung oder eine Kompensation. Einfach unterirdisch schlecht.

Room was very clean and loved the amenities in the room. Great location. 15 minute walk to Louvre, Notre Dame, Latin Quarter. Good breakfast and amazing staff

Property was centrally located with numerous amenities provided to their guests. Nice rooms with great staff. One issue is the garbage pickup is early every morning and the noise wakes you up early in the morning.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Le Relais des Halles has an excellent location very close to restaurants, shopping, the Seine and the Châtelet metro station. The station makes it so easy to get all around Paris! The hotel is very cozy and clean. The staff was so helpful.

My daughter and I spent 4 nights at the hotel, and I’d highly recommend staying here. The location is excellent. Steps away from the metro station and you’ll have so many restaurants to choose from in the area. The room we were in was small (as others noted), but very well appointed. Many major attractions are close by and within walking distance. My daughter and I preferred to walk as much as possible, but if you would rather take the metro, you are very close. I will definitely book this hotel when we return to Paris. The staff were incredible; friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Thank you so much!

The hotel was well located, very clean and the staff were efficient. The room was very small but very quiet. If I stayed again I would opt for a larger room.

Great location, excellent staff. Mattresses are thin, lumpy and old - please replace ! No response to message sent to hotel prior to arrival via Expedia.

First of all, the hotel staff, especially M. Rayane, were lovely to us. The hotel is a sweet oasis in the middle of a very nice part of Paris (and not so tourist-y in February). Will definitely return to stay here on our next trip to Paris.
