Absolutely beautiful hotel to stay at!!! The staff were so lovely and the beds and room were very comfortable.

My stay was brief but the staff and accommodations were fantastic. I arrived after 1 am and they were there to help and ensure the check-in was easy. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Rooms were clean and bright. Large bathroom with separate toilet closet. Room safe. Free bottled water, coff and tea. Nice guest lounge with a pool table. Breakfast is also offered. They have a spa and a gym. Across the start from the train station 40 minutes from the airport.

Great location across the street from Gare St Charles though difficult to find on arrival from train station. Walking distance to Vieux Oort, good restaurants, cafes, marseille sights.

The aircondition kept me awake all night, way too loud and was impossible to turn off or down :(

Conveniently located close to the station. My room was clean and comfortable with a view to the station. I liked that they provided water in the room. Staff were helpful and courteous. The only negative thing I can think about is that they did not offer the 25% off for the spa that Orbitz gave me as a perk.

This place is okay. It's handy for the train station. The staff were lovely. The room faced onto the road and was noisy, and the bathroom flooded when my wife used the shower. The card to activate the power in the room popped out when I was mid-shower (resulting in the lights going out) which was a bit scary. The shower tray was flimsy (flexed when I stood on it) and felt cheap. The lift was very jerky and we didn't use it again. I felt like maintenance should be a higher priority given the room price wasn't cheap. I would look for other places to stay if I came to Marseille again.

Boutique hotel well situated for train station in Marseille. Rooms are quite small but comfortable and the hotel has good facilities eg lounge and spa. Staff are incredibly efficient and friendly. My friend left a pair of trousers in the room when we departed after first night but when we returned several days later staff had retrieved them and they were waiting for her.

Front desk staff very helpful. The breakfast was very good.

They had a good breakfast buffet. I needed a chair in my room and the staff went out of their way to locate one for me.

The hotel has all up-to-date amenities, staff was extremely helpful and communicated easily in english which was a blessing as our French is not that good. Rooms are very tight but comfortable enough. Breakfast is appreciated as it allows you to get an early start to your day.

Clean room with the necessary amenities. Mathieu C. at reception was extremely helpful and always happy. He provided answers to all our questions, and gave suggestions as appropriate.
