Amross Hotel is a conveniently located, clean, comfortable hotel. The owners are kind and personable. We were quite pleased with the quality of our accommodations. We were within walking distance of many sites and places to eat. Highly recommend.

Stayed here several times. Walking distance for breakfast or dinner options. Plus close to town shopping. Clean rooms full sky and parking. My go to when come to Dunedin

We loved our 2 night stay here, it was very peaceful & relaxing. The room was a good size, warm and spotlessly clean. Barry was really helpful with directions and places to go. We will definitely be back.

Was pleasantly surprised. Well equipped for stay. Clean and tidy Felt description on the site way above delivery. The outside area needs a tidy. Which on arrival we were a bit dubious. More so because of location But happy to rebook if we come back this way.

Great location, quick and easy check-in. Management was friendly and accommodating, the room was updated and very roomy. Would stay here again.
