Was my first time at this hotel

A family vacation, booked 2 rooms. First night aircon not cold enough. 2nd day told them aircon is not cold, they adjusted a panel control on their part. 3rd day we come back around 8pm and the air conditioning is off and very hot. Made a complaint and again they adjusted the panel. 2 hrs later it’s still not working. Alberto transferred me to another room after persistent complaint around 10:30pm. They send 2 electric fans on the other room cause they said there is no available room. Room # 001 and 003 , hope they are cold enough for the next guest.

The property is located to a shopping outlet and a food court , the rooms are needs some renovation ,plenty scuff marks on the walls and the compound tapes peeling off not nice for $362 for two rooms but you get what your paid for

About 25 minute taxi ride from the airport or 40 minute bus ride, the hotel was all I needed before my flight back home. There is a mall and a super market but both are closed on Sunday FYI except the restaurants.

We didn’t have blankets or a comforter, and only one long pillow beds were put together and we had to pull them apart.

It is not near to the historical center but it is next to a train station, very convenient. Staff super friendly, clean and comfortable beds.

Não recomendo! Há opções melhores para se ficar próximo ao aeroporto pela média de valor dele. As avaliações positivas enganam: quarto muito sujo, péssima limpeza, banheiro com cabelo nos azulejos e coisas escorridas nos azulejos do box e piso de dentro do box sujo também. Nojento. Paredes dos quartos e cortinas sujas e com coisas espirradas e manchas de coisas escorridas nas paredes dos quartos. Cortina nojenta com coisas escorridas e espirradas no rodapé e até furo na cortina. Você chega à noite cansado no escuro e não vê direito, mas quando amanhã é abre as cortinas vê direito a nojeira. Na recepção avisam que tem água gratuita no quarto, quando subimos não tinha. Ligamos na recepção e a atendente disse que não tinha ninguém pra levar as águas cortesia e que se eu quisesse teria que descer pra pegar. Estávamos tão cansados da viagem, iríamos apenas dormir uma noite pra ir embora no dia seguinte para o aeroporto para pegar o voo de volta ao nosso país, então desistimos e dormimos com sede mesmo. Café da manhã fraco, mas como temos direito a sala vip no aeroporto, esse detalhe não foi grave pra gente.

Necesitan mejorar la pintura en los baños hay muchas manchas de humedad

The sink was leaking, the shower was leaking, the safe is not working, there was no toilet paper and no iron in the room overall experience was not good
