The housekeeper was the best I have experienced in a long time! Every aspect of the room was cleaned. I am pretty sure they even cleaned the bedspreads because it smelled freshly laundered. There wasn't a speck of dust anywhere! The bed was firm but comfortable. Great view of the golf course. BUT, the maintenance was not kept to the same standard. Chips of paint off the walls and years of wear and tear even though it looks like motel was updated within the last 5 years. The continental breakfast was subpar. It had great self-serve waffle station, but the coffee, eggs & fried potatoes were weirdly flavored and probably microwaved. For the price and their amazing housekeeper, I would stay there again. Just know what you are paying for.

Needs updating

Quality inn was a nice building. The beds were good and the night quiet. The breakfast was sub pare and the plug ins were lose and a fire danger. The toilet was loud and the sink too.

Its out dated but its clean quiet and it has everything you need for a nice stay the staff is freindly and helpful definitely dont have any complaints

When you walk in the smell is nasty, very small, a lot of noise, the expense machine isn’t working. I will never come back again

Staff was very kind.

TV was broken. bedside table drawer kept slding open on its own, little weird. Tub was clean, water was hot, bed and pilllows were comfy.

Our room was big and the bed was comfortable! The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom counter - VERY small and had no room for curling irons and incidentals. Other than that, it was great! We will stay there again!

Light bulbs burnt out and sliding glass door that dis not lock and did not have appropriate bar to lock it

Large, comfortable room! Pleasantry surprised! There was a “restaurant on premises” advertised which does not exist!

I already have a claim disputing the charge. I did not stay here due to how bad the room smelled. They did nothing to help except give me some spray and said I’m out of luck. The room was one of the worst smells I’ve ever experienced, a straight tuna smell that did not help with trying to air the room out and spray it.

I chose this hotel for the amenities. However, after checking in we found out the the restaurant/ lounge was closed. No where was that posted, either at the hotel or on the website. I also wasnt informed about times for breakfast, pool, laundry. Nothing was told to me at check in. The coffee shop a few block away was also closed. We had to go into Hermiston for food/ coffee. We would have made reservations at a different hotel IN Hermiston had the employees here been transparent about everything being closed. The room it self was blah. Hard beds, the sliding door to outside was Very difficult to open. The ac remote didn't work correctly with the room unit. The TV was another puzzle to figure out how to use. So we couldnt watch TV. The pool area had no shade. 100° in direct sun. The hallway carpet looked like it had water damage. The bathroom looked wrecked from years of patch repairs. The building next door was very dilapidated and was boarded up so great neighborhood, not. All around we were very disappointed with this run down hotel. Cost $160! Worth maybe $95.

Pretty average rooms. The golf view is nice. Breakfast was kind of cold at 7 am. Everything was clean. The girl at the front desk was great! I wish I caught her name because she even helped me with a question when 2 other employees ignored me standing at the desk. I booked this property specifically because it had a lounge so my spouse and I could enjoy a relaxing weekend away where he could golf and we could have drinks without having to drive. The lounge was closed the whole time we were there. The housekeeping staff came into our room on day 1, took the trash out, made only 1 bed, and left. They say they only do housekeeping every 3rd day unless requested so maybe they made a mistake and left? Then on check-out day (checkout is 11 am), we had packed our bags the night before and put a do not disturb sign on our door so that we could sleep as much as possible before making a several-hour drive home, and housekeeping knocked on the door at 9:40 am waking us all up. Overall the stay was just ok... I stay at 2-star hotels frequently and I don't expect a bunch of frills and amenities but this was just blah.
