This was a good value, the area has many stores and restaurants. It’s close to Malibu without the high cost.

I felt safe an very quiet

the room had dust and there was only one shower towel. the shower did not work properly and water was leaking from the bottom. the room downstairs had there tv loud all night and sounded like they were having a party. o there than that it was ok..

It was good ! Comfy beds and clean ! Great area and nice to a nice lake with a bench looking at the lake. Wish there was coffee and water in the room - the ac worked well

Ótima localização, fácil acesso as principais rodovias, mercados, postos de gasolina, restaurantes e outlet. Estacionamento gratuito e próximo aos apartamentos. Quartos simples e pequenos, com cama confortável e bem silencioso. Mesa para refeições e frigobar. Na repeção há uma máquina de gelo, máquinas de lavar roupa e microondas. Não há café da manhã.

Everything was great just the bathtub. Had a leak.

Bath towels were not clean. Ice maker appeared permanently down. Pool was closed because it did not meet County of Ventura requirements. No shampoo. Evening clerk did a good job.
