I was having trouble on that bathroom

They wanted me to pay extra charges for an extra bed and they were insisting or i have already paid for expedia with documents proof so i refused to pay

First let’s start with the positives-Front desk staff were very nice and professional and the pool was nice. Cons-The hotel in general was lacking cleanliness, and a lot of things needed repair. The room itself was again just mediocre, we had a superior room. The sofa in the room was dirty as well as other furniture in the room. The rollaway bed and sleeper sofa were both extremely uncomfortable. There was a nice balcony, however, if there is a party at the restaurant or a wedding good luck getting any sleep. There is a restaurant on site and the food was just ok and it was hit or miss. There was no consistency in the food quality. There is a buffet breakfast included in the morning that has a nice variety, however, the food and beverage staff watch your every move as you go to the buffet to the point where it’s uncomfortable. To be completely honest I would never stay here again.

Conveniently located close enough to Beirut but still part of the mountain area. Has its own private road leading to the property which makes it quiet yet retains the quality of a resort. Staff are extremely friendly. Would definitely visit again.

Room was clean and staff were friendly, but breakfast was disappointing and the noise coming from parties all night made sleeping difficult

Beautiful resort very clean big room I recommend to everyone be aware from some stuff during check-in the front desk she was very nice but when i check-out they tried to charge me 75$ us I refused to pay. Because i paid expidia when i booked 2 months ago

Place was perfect for our honeymoon, it is clean and spacious. Thanks Zena and Khaled at reception!!!

The water in the showers was perfect, the food was very tasty, location wonderful and most important the staff were helpful, friendly, knowledgable and caring.

The staff were so friendly, the room was clean and neat, the kids enjoyed swimming all day and played in the playarea at night. We went for a walk in Aley souk which is 5 mins away. Great location and I hope I’ll visit it another time soon.

The staff is Awesome! The non-smoking policy is too weak and really damaged the whole experience. Otherwise it’d have been excellent. They should prevent people from smoking in enclosed areas

The room was spacious but the toilet wasn't clean and showers water pressure is pour and poorly maintained the water in showers contain sand which is terrible for a 5 stars hotel but the staff were friendly and did what they could to solve the problems.

The unique thing about this hotel is that I cancelled my reservation within the time required, and the hotel refused to to reimburse me

Spacious rooms, poor condition of all entertainment facilities. Breakfast is a joke cold tea and cereal only

Very disappointed, worst breakfast (no fresh juices, badly cooked omelette) , I had a car but no valet parking for customers, shower had no power and dripping , safe in the room locked, untrained staff

it's a very nice property, especially for the kids....
