The unit had multiple issues and the property manager neglected to correct the issues in hand. 1. The toilet was broken when we arrived. We notified him immediately. 2. The shower had no pressure when we areived. 3. In the morning the shower had no water coming out. Not able to shower or use the toilet. Contactes the manager incharge of the reservation He does not reply to the messages and in the morning I try to get a hold of him and he blocked my number. I found him at his office located on the 8th floor l, the house keeper told me where he hides. His answer to me was very plain and clear. He told me that I had already paid for my stayed, so basically his only concer was to collect the funds and not worried about customers consern regarding the room falling apart. Very rude behavior from property manager, very bad management They are on the business to fraude travelers and take their money is that simple. They need to reimburse my money thas the best they can do for not been responsible.

Very good location in nice neighborhood. Rooms were ok except with the shower. It was for very short people. Also, too noisy that we could here people on the other floor like they were inside the apartment. Easy check out,

Good location, clean, good value. Lack of personnel on property is a problem. Arrival was OK. Emailed arrival instructions (entry codes, location of room key, etc ) OK. Departure a problem. Nobody at desk 10am, front door wouldn't open when late departing to train station. Not sure how I finally got it to open. Left keys on desk, concerned nobody to whom to give and confirm received.

A acomodação e limpeza estavam bons, porém o fogão da propriedade tinha 02 bocas que não funcionaram e das outras 02 restantes somente 01 esquentava em tempo bom. A comunicação foi ruim, sendo que não recebemos a informação de como sair da portaria, pois só formos informados que somente o dispositivo azul junto com a chave do apartamento é que abriria a porta da portaria, porém somente com a presença do representante da propriedade, no check-out é que fomos informados que havia um botão no interfone da portaria que podia abrir a porta. Como sugestões, é que haja uma tolerância para deixar a propriedade 11horas da manhã é muito cedo, quando os voos são mais tarde que isso, poderia haver pelo menos 30 minutos de tolerância, outra questão a ser melhorada para que não haja tanta insistência para deixar a propriedade, pois recebemos vários avisos pra deixar a propriedade, mesmo antes das 11:00h e como saímos por volta das 11:20h, consideramos essa insistência bastante desagradável tendo em vista que somos pessoas honestas, que possuem necessidades próprias e não é necessária essa insistência.

Maintenance (no hot water in bath sink, very weak water pressure in shower, poor walls cleanliness in halls and apartment). Very good internet system. Easy check in and out.

Reasonable price, easy checking in and out and clean facilities with good WiFi.

Localização ótima. Colchão de casal péssimo! São solícitos quando pedimos algo. Limpeza razoável. Chuveiro muito ruim, cai mais água fora do bamheiro do que na gente. Forno e sugar não funcionam.

Endroit très bien situé, près d’un métro. Plusieurs restaurants tout près. Grand balcon. Il manque une tablette ou des crochets dans la salle de bain.

Ótimo localização, próximo ao metrô. A acomodação é confortável com TV e ar-condicionado. Único ponto de melhora necessária é o banheiro, o chuveiro molhava todo o banheiro

Fue una excelente experiencia

El lugar es lindo, la ubicacion tambien, dos noches hubieron personas que pusieron la musica muy alta, no hay control de los ésto. Los artefactos electricos hay que verificar que funcionen, al igual que las luces. Igual estos inconvenientes los solucionaron rapidamente.

Beds were very old. Lumpy. Not clean. Pool tiny and cold. Kitchen not stocked or functional. Left iPad by mistake but they claimed it wasn’t there.
