Sehr gute Lage und kostenlose Parkplätze.

Was great location very clean. Kitchen could have been better stocked with can opener, cookie sheet, hot pads for oven. There were no games no books provided for entertainment. Smoke detector would activate each time stove was used.

Entry to the property on the first day was excellent , clean , tidy & spacious apartment with a good well organised kitchen , a short walk around 500 yards to the beach. There was easily access parking at the front for a car .

Location Spot was awesome - everything very close by and can be reached by foot. The door has two locks, nevertheless it looks not to safe. Besides this , everything was good in the apartment.

Excellent emplacement. Ménage pas très soigné à l’arrivée (cheveux trouvé un peu partout), pas de service de nettoyage mais tout le reste est parfait.

Incrível, apenas o colchão afunda bastante e o barulho do quarto acima quando estão andando que dá pra ouvir embaixo, de resto tudo impecável, melhor do que imaginei.

The instructions and information provided by the host were excellent. Property was spacious and clean with a designated parking space. Location was fabulous, close to the canals, which provided a lovely walking area

My husband and I loved how easy it was to check in. The place is spacious and very clean. Parking is literally right in front of the property. Within walking distance to all things Venice beach, there’s also a canal very close.

Quiet location but with plenty of places to eat and only 5 minutes from the beach. Very clean with everything we could need. The owner left clear, helpful directions. We were here for a wedding and had a full itinerary so we weren’t able to meander around to enjoy everything Venice. Guess I need to return! I would recommend this place.

The room was clean and well-located. But that’s about it. The “apartment” is so tiny that it would be considered small even by New York standards. You can’t even lay down and open two suitcases. The “kitchen” consists of merely a microwave, toaster, and kettle. There isn’t even a sink. You have to wash the dishes in the bathroom sink. The area is very quiet, but it’s not really silent since the walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbors’ voices quite loudly. The parking space is very tiny, and you are instructed to use it only with a very small vehicle one day prior arrival; otherwise, you will be towed, or you have to park elsewhere at your own expense. Luckily, our vehicle fit in the parking space. This should be communicated beforehand, as I was expecting a free parking space and would have felt very cheated otherwise.

It was our son's first beach outing and this stay was very convenient and awesome

It is such a great apartment! It is spacious, well equipped, clean, cozy, quiet and perfect located in a fantastic neighbourhood! Beach and Abbot Kinney blvd are just a 5 minutes walk. We felt very safe and we would definitely come back!

Kleines aber feines Studio. Es sah auf den Bildern größer aus. Sehr zentral gelegen bzgl Strand und den Kanälen!
