Nice hotel and smelling staffs

Notre séjour a été exceptionnel au Fairmont Marrakech, les infrastructures, les restaurants, les piscines, le spa et le country club sont d'une qualité rare ! Le personnel dans les restaurants Capricci et Al Ain est très professionel et attentionné. La conciergerie de grande qualité également avec Abdel qui prendra soin de votre séjour avec élégance et raffinement. je recommande !

Great hotel. Same standard as Four Seasons and MO

The property was nice but the prices for things are diffently inflated. Specifically the food.

Beautiful resort about 30 minute drive from Marrakech. Huge rooms and great service (albeit at breakfast it was painful trying to get the correct coffee order before lunchtime). Pools are fantastic, they’re heated all year round. Our children loved playing in them. The food is limited however. The restaurants are limited. Five are advertised but at dinner there are only two plus a sushi bar in the main bar. Very expensive food, although delicious. There’s no dinner buffet which is a big miss with children. We got bored of the menu and irritated by the prices compared to port inn size. A plate of meatballs from the kids’ menu arrived as five tiny IKEA quality meatballs with no pasta. Pasta was an extra charge. Incredible! I would recommend hiring a car so you can explore and eat out easily. There is a good (free) hotel shuttle but only two return trips a day. Local taxis difficult to get and hotel taxis expensive. Concierge were very helpful however.

Super friendly staff - at all times and all types (e.g. gardeners as well as hosts, concierge, reception etc). Room (stayed in Family Suit Mountain View 128 sqm) was spacious and nice. Food was good (but often slow so order in time). Can highly recommend.

What you expect from a 5 star hotel. Incredible staff. Only thing i’d have to say, I wish the indoor pool was warm.
