The rooms at this hotel are surprisingly large—almost too spacious for comfort—but I have to commend the staff for their dedication. Despite the scale of the place, they really make an effort to provide attentive and friendly service. It’s clear they care about the guest experience, which makes a big difference.

The receptionist was rude and claimed she spoke no English. On the second to last day of my stay she instructed the housekeeper to speak to me on the phone, and informed me I was late checking out. I got dressed and went to the front desk. When I got to the front desk she told me in perfect English she had talked to Expedia and I didn’t have to check out until the next day. No apology was given.

Las toallas que nos dieron super ásperas, En el lugar tenían musica de banda a todo lo que daba, instalaciónes viejas, los utensilios estaban horribles y manchados caca de gatos en todo nuestro pasillo la TV dañada NADA QUE VER LAS FOTOS CON LA REALIDAD

es un lugar excelente para descansar y convivir con la familia, su personal muy amable, sus instalaciones amplias, cómodas y limpias. Su alberca genial. Gracias!!

Es un hotel muy bonito pero la habitación olía a humedad, la cocina está muy limitada con los utensilios que te dejan, sería muy util un microondas. El desayuno estuvo bien pero nada fuera de este mundo, cumplia.

Excelente lugar para relajarse y disfrutar de la naturaleza, grandes espacios verdes, excelente alberca muy limpia y a una temperatura muy agradable
