Excelente room

Tub had a crack in the bottom. I cut my foot on it. Wi-Fi was useless. Hot water was just barely above room temp. Too cold for a comfortable shower. On the plus side staff was very nice.

Great staff, more than enough parking, great location. Clean place with no issues with bugs. There was an "old smoke" smell in the rooms. Bathroom was fine with good water pressure. Only complaint is really just the very stiff and uncomfortable beds. They felt like springs wrapped in fabric and the stiifest pillows and sheets I ever laid on. Only other issue I had was where I had a late check in from flights being delayed and even though the app said they'd notify everyone involved in my package. The hotel never got word and gave my room away. This caused numerous timeline issues and I feel cheated for paying for a nicer room with a fridge and microwave even though I didn't even get them for 2 days and was put in a room where even the TV didn't work. Not horrible, but I don't see that I would ever stay there again unless it was the last option for a good price.

Lady at front desk was very personable. A/C didn’t work. Set at 64 ran for 5 minutes and shut off

There was blood stains on our sheets and shower pressure was poor.

My room was cold as ice, Cold front came in, heat didn’t work. Looked at, and still no heat. I actually checked out early because of the cold room.

The staff I encountered were all very nice. BUT...i woke up with a roach in my bed. Not a palmetto bug...but an actual german cockroach. EW. And when i opened the freezer, 2 more came out at me. The beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Worst night of my entire existence! First of all checked in late and the area was nasty and smelled of urine. Room was more of a cell block. Mold everywhere! People outside doing drugs. Didn’t feel safe so barely slept and checkout early
