Staff were very friendly but were a bit disappointed with the room this time. This is our 3rd time staying at the Oaks and has been 3 years since our last stay. The room wasn't as clean, there was a squashed spider on the wall, dishwasher didn't work, kitchen sink plug didn't work, the curtains were dirty, marks over the walls. Overall very tired looking

Staff were friendly. Room was clean and well equipped. Although the rangehood worked well it looked like it needed replacing or a good clean. The wardrobe sliding doors had mirrors on them but on one the mirror didn't appear to be attached to the door, very loose. Nice restaurant with good food.

Quietest place to stay in Gladstone Main Street. We have stayed in Gladstone multiple times a year for sporting events and stayed in many accomodation and majority very noisy after dark. Oaks was quiet and extremely comfortable and clean. We will be back

Good location, safe and secure parking, great rooms, clean and modern and with everything you need. We also had a good view. Didn't require breakfast. Have stayed several times

Greit rom, dårlig restaurant, bar og frokost løsninger. Baren var for de som like spillmaskiner og ikke for de som vil møtes for ssmtaler.
