Would not stay here again.

Mais de 24h sem acesso a abertura de porta do apartamento. Código não funciona. Ficavamos mais de uma hora no corredor do imóvel sem acesso aos pertences. Atendido só em inglês ou espanhol. Resposta em 2 ou 3h após contato. Descarga do banheiro quebrada. Fogão de indução não funciona.

Heureusement que j'avais une réduction ! Que dire entre une absence des plaintes, un sol de salle de bain abîmé, des volets pas nettoyés, in tableau qui sert de tête de lit piqué par la moisissure, des insectes.... Quand à l'endroit, c'était très sonore, j'entendais tout ! Et compliqué de faire plus bruyant que les femmes de ménages. Le seul bon point était les draps qui était propre...

We enjoyed staying at Olala Apartments. It was ideally placed for our visit to Porto.

Super responsive staff via WhatsApp, nice and comfy apartment with spacious rooms. But the walls and floor are quite humid without enough ventilation. And a fan can be provided for upper floor would be much better for air conditioning supply from the lower floor.

Zimmer 1.6 Balkontür lässt sich nicht abschließen! Kochtöpfe und Pfanne beschädigt Beschichtung stark verkratzt! Kühlschrank sehr schlecht. Eis schmilzt im Gefrierfach.

We've had a good three night stay at the Olala hotel. The location is great for visiting central Porto - 15 minute walk. If anything to comment on is that the noise insulation of the rooms could be better, but the area is very quiet otherwise.

The place was great! Excelent location, easy to walk and near a metro station. I would like a little more light in the room.

We didn’t get our code until late. When we got in we couldn’t get into our room. Didn’t understand first floor is not the ground floor. The cleaning staff could not speak English but finally a staff appeared who did. Then our shower drain was not draining so we could only use it 2 or 3 minutes without a flood. We had booked the guest house in two part so the 2nd last day, we found out our door was locked and we couldn’t get back in. We would have to wait u til 3 to try and go back in. It was very unsettling wondering if we would have a nplace. The bed was comfortable and enough room.

ótima acomodação com todos os itens necessários para a estadia, seja ela curta ou longa. Possui eletrodomésticos em ótimo estado, utensílios de cozinha (prato, copos, talheres). Possui ótima localização sendo possível visitar diversos pontos turísticos de porto a pé.

rapidos na recepção e em atender nossas solicitações. o imóvel é excelente.

O apartamento é ótimo,tem tudo o que precisávamos para estar com a família,proximo dos mercados e farmacias. Fomos caminhando a todos os principais pontos turisticos por 15 ou 20 minutos. Atendeu satisfatoriamente nossos requisitos. Único incoveniente foi o acesso eletronico de nosso apartamento ter dado defeito e nos obrigou a utilizar chave.

God beliggenhed, og godt koncept. Men virkelig synd, at der er køjesenge i en ellers fin lejlighed. En alm dobbeltseng ville gøre lejligheden super duper.

Accommodation was clean but bathroom tired. Single beds were actually bunkbeds and not suitable for 3 older ladies travelling together. Getting into property not the easiest either, as code not sent. It had a hostel feel about it. Good position.

Literas que no es lo que pagué y el sofá cama incómodo, además nos quedamos sin Internet y nadie te resuelve el problema porque no hay personal El apartamento olía a queso.

The staff could have been a little bit more friendly and responsive. They are very hands-off and not helpful. I would never use them again.

The beds were small and one of our friend had to sleep in very uncomfortable sofa bed. Blanket wasn't enough. Pillows were very thin. Door lock wasn't working. Avoid these studio apartment and spent few quid more for a decent hotel otherwise u will ruin your trip how we did. No thanks

Wir haben 6 Tage gebucht, und sind nach der ersten Nacht wieder ausgezogen..mehr möchten wir hier nicht sagen.
