Hotel Ventura / Philia was surprisingly good 3 star budget hotel near termini . The room was spacious for a solo traveller ( so it’s the room in Expedia with one large queen bed and one single bed ) , air conditioned ( the unit is at the window and not the one over the entrance door ) . Staff were nice , very good at English especially the lady with curly hair . It is convenient to termini for the airport bus , you can walk to the forum and colleseum or you can get the metro to the Vatican at termini . Very surprised . Very pleased . Very happy !

Friendly staff convenient area but rooms really run down toilet and bidet cracked shower really leaks mold on bathroom ceiling was given a kettle but no actual coffee or tea given also no cups

Hôtel bien situé, très proche de la gare centrale Termini mais au calme. Chambre correct, fait le travail ! Les plus : - bonne situation proche gare et restaurant - au calme - réception ouverte en permanence - bouilloire disponible dans la chambre Les moins : - une seule chaise disponible, une seconde serait plus adaptée - réception difficile à trouver. En fait, l’adresse dispose de plusieurs hôtels et l’accueil de l’hôtel Ventura se trouve au RDC , qui est géré par l’hôtel PHILIA.

Hôtel proche de la gare qui fait l'affaire pour quelques jours. Sanitaires un peu vétustes. Personnel très gentil.

Tudo organizado e limpo, sem contratempos!

La zona no es la más limpia y cuando llegas puede hacerte dudar un poco, una vez llegas también es un poco confuso pero la recepción es 24 horas y eso es bueno, el personal es amable e intenta ayudar en cualquier duda. La habitación aunque se ve que es un edificio viejo está limpia al igual que el baño. Lo único que no me gusto fue que teníamos que dejar la llave cada que salíamos ya que me daba un poco de inseguridad. La ubicación buena ya que estás cerca de la estación y está bien conectada con el resto de la ciudad.

Preis-/Leistung stimmt. Personal sehr freundlich. Bahnhofsnähe ist gut.

Staff was great

Expedia canceled our hotel stay at Hotel Napoleon in Rome Italy without warning, an offer for another solution, and last minute 2 pre booked rooms for September 27 to 28. We had no other option so that said it worked. Expedia is a problem vendor

Rommet var rent og flott. Entreen og gangene var ikke det. Vi hadde også store problemer å komme oss inn i rett fløy da vi fikk beskjed å ringe på knappen men der var flere knapper og ikke merket. Betjening var ok. Beliggenhet var grei for oss, veldig nært termini og gåavstand til severdgheter vi ville oppleve Maten i området var overpriset og ikke mer positivt si enn det var mettende. Annet enn bakeri/cafe vis a vis terminalen. Så for middag dra andre steder. Obs trappetrinn opp til lobyen (8-10 stykker) . Derfra er det heis tilgjengelig men du kan oppleve å vente 30 min på den.

We really like the stuff, the location of the property and the room was very nice and clean. It was definitely a good surprise :)

Great location near Termini Train Station and wonderful, very helpful staff.

Problèmes techniques dans la chambre qui nous a été affectée. En revanche, le personnel s’est y finalement montré aimable et nous a dépannés en nous aidant activement sans nos problèmes de col de carte d’identité, intervenu dans le métro dr Rome.

Ménage fait à 16h l'AM. Climatisation ne fonctionne pas. Problème d'eau chaude. Problème de chasse d'eau. Bruyant la nuit. Personnel peu aimable, notamment le responsable. Pas de petits dejeuners contrairement à ce qui est noté. En revanche, bonne situation géographique.

Impossible d’avoir la chambre avant 15h

A little confusing to find. Hotel goes by 2names. Hotel Philia and Hotel Ventura Rome. There is someone at the desk 24/7. Hotels.com said breakfast was included. They do NOT offer breakfast. Their elevator was not working from ground floor to floor 1. Location is ok for access to Roma Termini station.

Rude hotel staff watched me struggle into the door. Despite offering aircon and airport transfer on website there wasn’t anything. Rooms and bathroom modern. Pity it didn’t extend to the door as the lock was not secure. If it were anywhere else for $300 a night it is overpriced

Das Zimmer war frisch renoviert, und sauber. Aber es gab noch keinen Mülleimer. Leider wurde weiter renoviert und das Treppenhaus sah wie eine Baustelle aus. Aber die Lage war sehr gut, zu Fuss schnell am Zentralbahnhof. Das Personal war auch freundlich..

Pessimo

Petite reception d’hôtel pas très bien entretenue et pas accueillante. Chambre tres chère pour les prestations proposées. Inadmissible..!!!
