Excellent staff, very clean and well appointed hotel in a great central location. One member of staff you stood out was Daniel, he was very friendly, helpful and provided plenty of information on the hotel facilities as well as the local area in Palma. He also gave us excellent recommendations for Tapas bars and restaurants.All the staff were very friendly and helpful which made our stay at the hotel very enjoyable and comfortable.

Very attentive staff who helped at every request.

Our room was very comfortable with the sitting area and terrace. After a long flight from the US, we were looking for extra room to move around. The options for breakfast in the hotel was good — and the staff made me an excellent Americana coffee — that was very appreciated.

I enjoyed my stay very much, and the hotel and facilities were great. Only complaint is thst when they say “adults only” the should stick to that policy. There where families with big children/teenagers.

A wonderful hotel right in the middle of old town. The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. They make you feel welcome from when you book to the time you head to leave the hotel. We will definitely stay here next time we visit. The only things I would have liked is a gym.

Return visit back to Room 1, the best and nicest hotel room in Palma! Can Alomar is really lovely – highly recommend taking breakfast on the roof by the small pool, and then the Mallorcan Rose on the bar Terrace overlooking Pg del Born in the evening. Service couldn’t be better – very highly recommended!

Location is the best benefit. Didn’t provide enough water for my stay. Coffee machine, ie Nepresso , is a normal for luxury hotels

Property was exceptional. Staff were very friendly. Room was 5 stars! We had drinks on the terrace. Everything was close by for all the sites. The street it is in de Born is quaint and lots of good shopping. Highly recommend

Great Hotel! Maria and the team did everything to make us feel welcome. Hotel is located very good to have walking distance to the most important places in the city! Still, it is not noisy. Appreciated the stay and will be back.
