Prague was a wonderful destination—beautiful architecture, great atmosphere, and plenty to see and do. My only suggestion would be to offer an airport shuttle or transportation assistance, as getting from the airport can be a bit challenging for first-time visitors. Otherwise, I had a lovely stay and would gladly return.

I liked just about everything but the bed was too firm and lack of air conditioning in my room (which had a window which would be easily accessible meaning I did not want to open it fully) made for a rather uncomfortable night. Would have been 5 stars if not for that

The room was so small that the bed barely fit in it. The bathroom was about as big as a bathroom in an airplane about 20 minutes after I checked in, I decided I could not stay there. There was no refrigerator. There was nothing in the room our air-conditioning. The window didn’t open so when I went to check out, they refuse to give me a refund and then threw my receipt at me and told me to get the f out that’s how mature they were when they asked me why I didn’t want to stay and I told him all the same reasons that I put at the beginning of this comment don’t ever stay there the place is crap

Ckeanliness and proximity to public transportation.

A good modern hotel. I'd stay again. Rooms were clean, well maintained, and more than adequate, even if not stocked with a lot of extra bells and whistles. Location removed from downtown and even from the more local urban activity but everything was easily accessible thanks to the convenient and very well functioning public transportation system. One plus of the location is that the hotel is within easy walking distance of the bus to and from the airport. Breakfast were plentiful and included a wide range of items, although more could have been provided in the way of fresh fruit,

It did the job. Staff was nice and helpful, room was clean, bed was comfy. Its a little far from the city centre but the hotel itself is great and conveniently located to get to the airport.

The hotel room was clean and spacious for our group of 3. The room was clean and also the bathroom. It would have been better if they have a small fridge inside the room- not just for convenience in storing food but for meds like insulin. We had a pleasant stay.

Everything is clean. They literally don’t give you bedding for your bed… I got a blanket no sheets 1 pillow case not on pillow. Idk just seemed unprofessional. Everything was very clean and well maintained otherwise.

The hotel is a short walk from Evropa Street, which offers convenient bus access, trams, and the metro. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but close to everything. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and there were great options for breakfast in traditional Czech style. While the hotel and its breakfast were 5-star in my opinion, I cannot recommend the restaurant attached to the hotel (Ballon, I believe it is called), located opposite the hotel breakfast area, which is open for lunch and supper. The male staff there were incredibly rude, though the food was decent. I usually don't leave negative reviews, but that restaurant significantly affected our experience. I would not return there and cannot recommend it. Otherwise, if looking for a clean, quiet, comfortable hotel with a great breakfast, conveniently located near Prague transportation options, I highly recommend.
