Chambre très sale. Pas d’eau chaude. Restaurant fermé de l’hôtel. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit.

Vi har haft vores bryllupsnat i denne hotel. Forfærdeligt. Ingen service, vi kom om natten men der har ikke været mulighed overhoved at få noget at drikke. Selv om hotel reklamere med 24/7 service.Vi har spurgt efter vand men dette ku vi ikke få. Kun en enkelt håndklæde. Toilet skyller virkede ikke. Larm af nogle skabe på gangen som åbner og lukker af vinden. Vil ikke anbefale denne hotel overhoved.

Couldn’t find my reservation 22 to 25 February. Good hotel, staffs need training in hospitality? breakfast need more.

Reservé habitación para dos personas y cuando llegaron solo había reserva para uno. Llamamos a Hoteles.com y nos dijeron que tenían confirmación del hotel para dos personas...Esto provocó una serie de gestiones y llamadas que no eran necesarias puesto que la reserva estaba confirmada y pagada.

Au restaurant et petit déjeuner ils sont aux petits soins. Il faudrait faire vérifier les coffres ds la chambre personne ne s'est déplacée qd je l'ai signalé. Vérifier les fenêtres.Se fermant mal le bruit de la circulation gêne. Le distributeur de billets dans le hall annonce à tort qu'il accepte la carte Visa. Je sais que la moquette est efficace pour l'isolation phonique mais nettoyage vapeur nécessaire. Ou envisager de carreler pou r meilleure hygiène. Très bonne literie

Personnel très desagréable! Nous avons du repayer la chambre car la reseevation n'apparaissait pas sur leur serveur. Drap sale, chambre pas prête pour notre arrivée!

Hayatınızda göreceğiniz en kötü kahvaltı muhtemelen burası olabilir.Sabah saat 08:30 dan sonra kahvaştı büfesinde biten hiçbirşey yenilenmiyor ve kuru ekmek yiyorsunuz.Ne iş yaptığından habersiz yetersiz ve ilgisiz bir resepsiyon da sizi bekliyor olacak...Asansörleri sürekli bozulmakta ve merdiven kullanmak zorunda kalacağınız için eğer sizde benim gibi mecburiyetten kalacaksanız odanızın ilk 3 katda olmasını rica edin derim...

I payed with Expedia 3 times the normal price!Please check and reply why?The person in charge for reception asked to pay again,I tried to explained that my card has been debited,no experice,what a shame for this Hotel to have that kind of staff,after a while a checked with my booking and found a number of the agency,I used my phone and passed the lday to speak to the person in charge,finally he asked to have a coffee and he told me that I can have his personal telephone number!! It is very professional.

Only stayed one night for business. Good restaurant but breakfast could have more variety, Nice staff and Hotel condition is good. I would recommend it. Good price.

Otel güzel ve temiz fakat hizmet çok kötü akşam 7 de yemek yemek isterseniz 8.30 da açılacak restoranı beklemeniz gerekiyor. Tost bile yiyemiyorsunuz
