The room was huge , bit too big as not really enough furniture so looked a bit empty if that makes sense, bathroom great , found the bed and pillows uncomfortable. Restaurant lovely

Great hotel

Awful room with leaking roof on top floor also stains on the pictures generally dirty environment to stay. When reception were made aware they had nothing to say not even an apology. Stay if you want to pay a premium for a poor tired room

The service in at the Titanic Hotel was outstanding. The staff were amazing, the level was set by the welcoming receptionist, she was so pleasant and friendly, smiling at all times, just superb. I received a free upgrade and the room was huge clean and amazing. I loved how when walking to my room the corridors were wide and there was a sound like you are by the sea. Each touch point was accounted for. Unfortunately I could not use the Spa due to time, but will do next time. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The staff at the hotel were fantastic especially the room assistants who always took the time to say hello. The breakfast was wonderful and the chef was very attentive

Great stay

The hotel itself was excellent, and overall the facilities and service were very good. Unfortunately, our experience was let down by the adjoining room setup. There was an internal connecting door between our room and the neighbouring room, and the sound insulation was extremely poor. The guests next door were arguing throughout the night, and it genuinely felt as though they were in our room with us. The connecting door was clearly not sealed properly, with visible gaps around the edges allowing both noise and light through. This was particularly disappointing as it was our first night away from our one year old, and we were really hoping to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. Sadly, that wasn’t possible. Had it not been for this issue, our stay would have been excellent.

This was our first time at this hotel and I would absolutely stay again and recommend to friends and family. The hotel is lovely, we were given a free room upgrade which was most appreciated. The styling of the hotel is on point and the staff were all fab.

The hotel is fantastic. Check in/out was very smooth & efficient. All of the staff were friendly & helpful. Our room was fantastic, large, clean & spacious. Loved everything about it.

Breakfast good and air conditioning. Rooms excellent.

Reception was professional, friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a premium room which was large and included a sofa and chairs. We were on the 4th floor with a good view of the Waterfront and the Hill Dickinson stadium. The bed was comfortable and we slept well with the black out curtains and no external noise. We didn't eat in the restaurant but service in the bar was great. The reception and bar staff were friendly, and helpful. I will stay again next time I visit Liverpool.

Fantastic hotel, service very good. Room comfy and spacious. Breakfast great selection and fresh. Car parking could be issue if arriving later in day.

Had a great stay. We got upgraded up arrival courtesy of the hotel. All areas of the hotel were lovely. Staff were all professional and couldn't help enough.

Great for a couple stay. Stayed for birthday - hotel gifted chocolates & card was a nice touch. Hotel was clean & rooms & bathrooms were spacious. (Bathroom lighting was great when needing to do makeup for night out) Wasn’t able to check in until 3pm - wish being able to purchase early check in was a thing. However was able to have a drink at the bar while we waited for room. Parked on site was great , felt car was safe. Was £12 for 24hrs. Breakfast buffet was so nice , paid extra for this and would again. Selection 10/10 food was also hot. Staff in restaurant were always attentive and helpful. Used the on site spa , paid extra fee when using. Spa very easy to use was given robes and towels. Changing areas & showers in spa very clean. Location great - Easy uber ride into town for a night out. Would stay here again Staff at reception very kind, friendly & welcoming. We did stay on a match day and car park also felt secure. (had to show proof of stay when entering car park on foot to security)
