What a fabulous place to stay. Clean, comfortable and although modern, it keeps all the character of a 19th century mill. Perfect.

We had a lovely stay at the Titanic Hotel Liverpool. It’s a beautiful hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade on arrival. The rooms were huge, spotlessly clean, and nicely in keeping with the hotel’s theme. There were great amenities provided, including water and milk in the fridge, which was a nice touch. The only downside during our stay was trying to book the spa. We attempted to contact them in advance but didn’t receive a response until the day we arrived, around 5pm, by which time we already had evening plans. On previous visits, booking the spa had been quick and easy, so this was a bit disappointing. That said, we understand the spa is separate from the hotel itself. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back.

Hotel is beautiful, rooms are huge, food is good, however they have the most disorganised staff who is either untrained or just can’t be bothered. I called spa several times with no success being told everyone is busy however when I went down to spa reception they were just sitting around ignoring the calls. It happened 3 times, so can’t be a coincidence. Also one of the ladies at the reception was working with the cold, it was obvious, she was unwell and clearly contagious. Why is sick person working in a customer facing role, why isn’t this employee home resting? Overall this hotel has a lot of potential but I don’t think I’ll be back.

Room was super clean the size of rooms are extremely large. Bathroom is also super spacious

All good. The room had a bathroom with assistive equipment. Not asked for. Difficult to use. Basin had no cold water to run a toothbrush under. Toilet was lower than normal. A very odd experience

Incredible hotel for a special occasion. The Irish girl on reception was the highlight made us feel welcome form the moment we got there, I'm really sorry I can't remember her name! 10/10 only slight concern is the parking as there are limited spaces but apparently plenty of off site parking available
