Beautiful Hotel

Didnt have breakfast Wine selection at the bar was limited - but the service was outstanding

staff and amenities were spot on

Lovely hotel and nice spa. Shame you have to pay extra to use it. Most staff lovely. Not 5* though. Sat in area bar but waiters chatting and I had to walk up to order a drink. And reception gave me a room half the size as the one I paid for. Cheeky. Nice enough though and still Had a good stay overall. Perfect stay if going to watch Everton because it’s across the road.

3rd visit so you can tell we love this hotel! Superb building, great rooms - spacious, contemporary, classy! 15 minute walk to Liverpool city centre so great location and the bar/dining area is equally lovely. Spa is great too. 5* from me. Will definately be back.

Our experience at the hotel was excellent from start to finish. All staff gave us a warm welcome and couldn’t do enough to help, particularly the concierge, Matt. Dinner in the restaurant was very good, the only minus point being that it took a long time to arrive. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We would not hesitate to return.

Great stay, the room was huge and smelt lovely, it was spotless and the bed was really comfortable. Everything is done really well down to the cheshire farm milk in the fridge. The spa was really relaxing too. Would recommend.

Amazing hotel, fantastic staff, particularly Hayden on front of house. He couldn't do enough to look after us, make our stay feel extra special. This was our second stay here, we will certainly be back.

Attitude of staff serving drinks was awful, made it feel a chore to serve you, also took 25 minutes from ordering a drink to then receiving one. Room was lovely and the spar was lovely also. Staff on reception were welcoming but after that it was the complete opposite. We decided to eat out and cancelled our table at the hotel in the end

Staff , Haydn was outstanding went above and beyond to make our stay special. This hotel is amazing.

The hotel is lovely

This place is amazing. From the outside the property looks very uninspiring but step inside and it is a different world. The sympathetic conversion of the building is incredible. Wonderful friendly staff, great food and drink. Our room was wonderful and a great size with view of Everton’s new stadium. If you go to Liverpool you must stay here.

A great property that has a huge amount of character while offering very spacious rooms. The parking is a fair price for short stays, amenities are fantastic and staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. The shower made the bathroom flood slightly which is disappointing but seems to be the norm in most properties nowadays for some reason, and the cleanliness of the bathroom could have also been slightly improved. Apart from that,m though, given the location, staff and character of the building, I would highly recommend the property and would gladly stay there again.
