Nice location, right off the frreway

Not a good hotwl. Run down. Hard matrreas. Only 1 fillimsy pillow per person. Tub cracked and dirty. Very outdate and sirty looking.

Ok needs updated some painting but over all very sweet staff and room is clean.

It was very clean and a decent place to stay and we was going to continue using it while my boyfriend was working in the area but last week he got rained out on Monday and Tuesday and we left two and a half hours away and I contacted them through Expedia app like it said to contact the property I let them know that he won't be there on Tuesday or Wednesday but he was going to check in on Thursday and when he got there he had no room to stay in and they said to get my money back I needed to get a hold of Expedia and I still haven't got my money back or heard from anyone about it so therefore I would not recommend it to nobody else if that's how this all works cuz I paid for the room in advance so it should have been there regardless cuz the three days were paid for come in Gabe sub

Not bad for the price. Fast & friendly check in. Building, overall, is older & in need of repair/ remodel. Convenient to several surrounding towns.

Refused to let me check in. Went to Comfort Inn....they are much better!! Would not recommend Rodeway to anyone

Had no hot water

The staff of this hotel is extremely rude and very hostile. There is no not water, the phone doesn't work, there is no inside lock on the door, the floor is filthy, the list goes on.... The worse is the staff, they were pounding on my door after 11:00 demanding I come to the office. I finally pulled the desk in front of the door to try to feel a little more safe from the staff because there is no inside lock. I would never stay here again and actually cancelled my 2nd night trough Expedia and went a different hotel. If you are the manager here, fire that staff immediately if you don't want more reviews like this

Very dirty room very disrespectful owner and they had cockroaches left right away and ask for return of monies

I was very happy with the cleanliness and the politeness of staff. My only concern was the property seemed like some things needed fixed to look more inviting. But all in all, it was just right and comfy there for me.

Cheap rate, good service. Although the spread and sheets had burn holes throughout, the door kick plate was half missing and letting bugs into the room and hand towels were stained. Otherwise, the room was clean, staff was friendly.

Disgusting. Room full of bed bugs. Absolutely do not go there.

At check in the lady was rude and nasty, I refused to stay at a hotel where they are nasty and rude, our governments give them these businesses to run and make a living doing so,,, they need to learn how respect falls, this isn't the first time experiencing this situation, I am guilty of paying more for great service

Staff is rude, when asked a question. It says on the door no dogs allowed in this area. That’s the only place it has a no dogs allowed sign. The General Manager, without even checking my room took my money and said that I don’t get it back because I have a dog…in which uses a puppy pad and is a small Yorkie. I had to clean the room when I first got there. There was hairs in the bathtub and the sink was nasty. The carpet you can tell needs a good cleaning as well. The chair to sit in had a few least I say, burn holes in it and the bed pops when you get into before you even lay down. At 10:30 or a little bit earlier you receive a call saying it’s check out time. I do not recommend this place unless you want to have a sore back and have the General Manager not “take” but rather steal your money.

Ownerswas rude to my gf. Yelled at her for having trash on the table. When i went to talk to owner he started cussing me. Then i called the cops. Wouldn'tstay there again. Shower is also a fall hazard.

Clerk was rude upon check in. Neighbors were very loud. Room was not very clean.

Very VERY basic, no frills motel on side of highway. Room was clean, shower hot & A/C cold. Non smoking room although both comforters had multiple burn holes. Looks like some upgrades taking place, tvs, faucets etc. If you just need a place to lay your head & freshen up this is a cost effective option…

Our sheets had dirty stains on them

This is the second week that I stayed here for work. It's just fine with me
