Great experience during our stay. The staff was kind and helpful. Room and public areas full of amenities and very clean. Kids really enjoyed the pool and courtyard. Surrounding area was also quiet and safe. Definitely planning on staying again.

Had a great time! Would appreciate more room service though - trash was rarely emptied and towels not always replaced.

My only discouraging moment was my Tv was not working to watch the Us Open Tennis in the evening I was told it was being worked on by the front desk but it lasted the whole time I was there..

Very quiet place in the middle of a busy district

Conveniently walkable to the Pearl District, great breakfast buffet, dinner options in the bar. Many good restaurants and shopping nearby. Walkable to train station as well.

Perfect room and location for our family’s stay.

Good place to stay with kids and close proximity to everywhere in downtown Portland.

The inner courtyard with key card access was a pleasant surprise.

Every single worker we spoke with or encountered was incredibly nice and helpful and friendly. I've never had such consistently wonderful service from hotel staff. Breakfast was amazing. Both in the amount of options and in how quickly everything would be restocked once it ran out. I've never seen anything like it! The room itself was spacious and comfortable. If fit all the boxes I needed. Can't recommend this place enough

High quality hotel, large room with a kitchen and full refrigerator. King size bed plus a pull out sofa. Very nice design too.
