Très bon séjour, hors mis la couette qui est pour une personne dans un lit double. Un Peu dommage

ザルツブルク→リンツ→メルク→プラハの中継地点として利用しました。リンツの街中にあるカジノ併設の４つ星ホテルです。地下駐車場もあり便利。部屋はスーツケースを広げられるスペースも十分あり、清潔であった。朝食も４つ星として最低限揃っていて不満は無かった。近くには飲食店も多数あり食事には不便しない。

Personnel sympathique et acceuillant. Hotel bien placé proche gare et centre ville. Beaucoup de chose abîmé laissant une mauvaise impression. Mur des couloirs et chambres tres abîmés, moquette avec de nombreuses taches. Pas mal de joints moisi dans la salle de bain. Literie convenable, sans plus. Petit déjeuner varié et complet.

12:00チェックアウトで、かつ、DONT DISTURBタグを掛けておいたのに、ルームクリーニングの女性が10:20頃ノックも無しにいきなりドアを開け、今度は11:50頃にノックしてくる始末。 時間いっぱいまで、ゆっくりしたいのに煩わしくて仕方がない。 返金して欲しい。

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit freundliches Personal

El hotel esta en perfectas condiciones. el personal es muy amable. Lo unico es que cambiaria son las alfombras, el resto esta en muy buen estado. La ubicacion e muy adecuada. Esta cerca de la estacion y en el comienzo de la calle principal de la ciudad. Es ideal tomar el TRAM para trasladarse desde La estacin de tren porque para dentro de la estacion y solo cuesta 1,50 euros. Se detiene en la puerta del hotel. tengan en cuenta que en esta ciudad los domingos esta practicamente todo cerrado, inclusive los supermercados

Porsche location in middle of city, wonderful staff at reception and the restaurant, paid parking facility available, fast WiFi, good spread of breakfast… rooms and toilet were clean… good for the price paid

Hotel bem localizado com comércio ao redor. Café da manhã com bastante variedade.

We stayed for 2 nights. First day checked in around 3:00pm. My husband was sleeping and I was in the bathroom around 3:45pm. I heard someone knocked on the room door so I opened the bathroom sliding door a little bit to ask my husband to see who’s knocking. At the same time, I saw a woman just came inside our room so I closed the sliding door immediately as I was going to have a shower without my clothes on. My husband was awake and didn’t know what happened. Assuming it’s a housekeeper but why would she just came inside right after knocking the door without even wait for us to respond. She went close to the desk and said something then left! How rude of her. I went to the front desk after my shower to complain about how could their staff just came inside the guest room like a break in! They apologized and offered us free breakfast for one morning. That’s not the point. It’s how horrible the experience by someone came inside our room like that. And they never explained to us why their staff did that.
