Room was clean and tidy but the overall building and surrounding area was sketchy

It's quiet! We were traveling across the country, and needed a pet-friendly room. This room was perfect! It was clean and didn't have any residual animal odors that our pets would have detected. It was on the main road, but set back far enough that we didn't hear anything at night. A fantastic price, and a comfortable, secure room.

I stayed at this motel for 5 nights at a time, my room was never cleaned during the entire 5 night stay! Curtains had a good size black stain on them and furniture was damaged. The motel required a 150$ deposit, I was only refunded 120$. I called the motel to ask why I didn't get my full refund and was told it was because I got blood on a hand towel. I had cut myself shaving and used a washcloth to clean the blood off my face, what a joke to charge someone 30$ for a washcloth! I travel to Elko frequently for work and stayed 3 weeks in this motel during this month, I will not being staying here again!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Shower was a little wonky, but it was functional

Comfortable and clean bed. It was simple with few amenities. No breakfast.

Smoke detector battery was removed, the shower was backwards and the “remodel” didn’t appear to be going great if I had an updated room.

They offer a pool, their pool is waiting for parts that they haven’t been able to locate. So it isn’t kid friendly and while traveling with kids that is a must after being in the car for 8 hours!

Received a text the day before confirming the reservation and that they were excited for me. Arrived and they told me the reservation was cancelled and they couldn’t accommodate it. They also didn’t offer any assistance in finding an alternate stay. Just advised to call their 1800 number. Very unprofessional.

Good place for the money. The room was clean and comfortable, however the furniture and building conditions could use an upgrade which it appears that they are working on. Considering the freeway was right above our room, it was surprisingly quiet. This is by no means a 5 star but very decent. Many of the guests are miners/workers and are staying for long mg term. My only complaint was the inconsiderate guests that showed up our first night and were in the room next to us who decided to be loud and obnoxious both in their room and right outside our door and window at midnight. Finally my husband had enough and had words to shut them up! No issues other than that.

Overall it was fine. The room was pleasant and seemed to be recently renovated. The bed was comfortable. The shower was actually great with water pressure that is hard to find these days. Towels were clean and everything seemed well cleaned overall. The location is close to groceries, gas, coffee, food etc. The downside was that I didn’t feel 100% safe. The door didn’t lock securely and light came through from outside. There were a lot of people just hanging out around the property. I didn’t like leaving the room because I wasn’t certain someone wouldn’t break in and take my stuff. At the same time I put a chair in front of the door when I was in the room because of the same reason.

My reservation was canceled two weeks ago

I stayed here for the Mine Expo, always a busy time in Elko and hard to get a room. The staff was very accommodating. Expedia overbooked the hotel and cancelled my reservations. The hotel management worked with me and saved me from sleeping in my car or in Wells or Winnemucca. The room was clean and comfortable and I was appreciative. Conveniently located to the freeway and everything that Elko has to offer.

Front desk guy told me that my room is two queen size bed. But it was two full size and it wasn't too small for 3 adults. Shower space was to o small.

We had to get the hotel on our way home from California for business. They allowed us a late check in at 1 AM. We’re very very pleasant room was clean up-to-date. Absolutely will stay there again. If in the area.

My only disappointment was no water in the pool.

Property under construction. Ice machine was broken. They did not have coffee makers or hair dryers in Each room. Ran out of coffee in lobby at 9 am . Refused to make more .

Quick stop on my way to someplace else. The bed was comfortable check-in was quick. The room is OK. The traffic outside is very loud. The blackout drapes was just say blackout is not a good word for it. I woke up and thought it was noon, but it was only seven from the light in my room. It’s nice to have a refrigerator in the microwave. I greatly appreciated that TV. Took a few minutes to figure out how to work overall it did when I needed it to do in a pinch.

The check in person was nice but the room was not clean. I could see something under the sheets on the bed and when I pulled it back, the mattress cover had lots of stuff on it, like wood chips, dirt, little bits of trash, just not clean. I called to see if they could change the mattress cover but they couldn’t because housekeeping was no longer there. The floor was also filthy based on how dirty our socks got after walking around for a few minutes. The mini fridge worked well and even had a small freezer section which was nice. There was a lot of noise during the night from people outside and a car alarm going off in the middle of the night. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

I didn’t like the construction being right near our room. The beds didn’t fit on the bed frames so hard to get in and out of bead. The heater was very loud.
