Clean room

Muy buen hotel, habitación cómoda, limpia, buena atención, tiene parqueo, ubicado en avenida principal, facil acceso, quedamos contentos, regresaríamos nuevamente.

They gave me a dingy and smokey room OUTSIDE and after I told her that I wasn't comfortable with it, she gave me some story about the other rooms being two bedrooms. Anyway, after I call back and insisted that she gives me at least a smoke free room, she told me to wait 10 minutes and she'll find me something. Finally she finds me one inside that looks cleaner, however the bed linens weren't changed. Then she had the nerves to tell me that there wasn't anymore bed linens. Long story short, I took all the linens off the bed and brought them downstairs and put them on the counter while pointing out body fluid/blood on them. That's when she MAGICALLY got me clean ones, with even EXTRA to spare. I definitely wouldn't recommend that place to not even my enemy!

Good for a quick stay or just to get some good sleep.

Room was not clean — lots of dirt, dust, spiderwebs, the amenities for a suite room (hot tub and sauna) were not even usable because they were not properly cleaned or well maintained. Lack of quality shower/bath products. Tv was slanted and damaged. Cleaning lady also came by the room in the late evening and knocked and only after a few seconds tried to come into the room. We opened the door and she just looked and walked away, no apology. We had two chairs stacked by the door for safety because we were extremely paranoid.

Good place for 1 stay. Clean and helpful staff

The staff were helpful in resolving an issue I had. The building is a bit rundown but it’s clean and well taken care of. The staff are all friendly and happy to help

The room was clean. There was extra towels. The only thing I found hard was the microwave was in French and the microwave door locks so you have to unlock the door before you can open it.

Endroit propre mais dispendieux considérant la situation géographique ainsi que le confort de la chambre.

Free parking A/C worked well

Stayed for 4 nights during our Toronto trip. Place was pretty far from downtown, and when taking public transport, it will take more than 90 mins travel one way. We arrived really early like about 9 am but was not offered an early check-in. Saw on the front desk a post for check in in the amount of $30. The room is cleaned daily (or probably due to first day request from us) and toiletries were replenished as well. The A/C was doing its job even thou its pretty old. Parking is adequate but did not utilize it.
