My room was amazing. It is like staying inside an apartment. Modern decor, double-sized bed, an eating area with stools, and a full kitchen including pans, dishes, and silverware, where you can actually cook. Washer/dryer included. Good-sized bathroom with great lighting. And the staff is EXTREMELY NICE! However, I didn't like the rambling corridors that led me to my unit. Hopefully, not all units are the same.

El departamento súper cómodo, bien ubicado, con todo lo necesario para tu estadía. Muchos lugares cerca para comer y caminable para llegar al centro, donde están todos los espectáculos y tiendas de interés. Súper recomendado, el contacto por wasap muy rápido y diligente.

The hotel was in a great location for us and we were really pleased with the communication and condition of the room. This was more like an apartment than a hotel room - in a good way. The facilities were top notch and everything was very clean. Madrid is a lovely city and on our next trip we will definitely be staying at the Rosia Centro.

This place was perfect for us. Convenient location, great amenities including the kitchen, and the room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, checking in a couple times throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well and we had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Ficamos no estúdio ! Foi ótimo e confortável, Espaçoso ! A única coisa que acrescentaria no quarto seria um cofre, o bairro é extremamente seguro mas acredito que um cofre para guardar parte do dinheiro, documentos como passaporte e etc seria importante ! No restante só elogios , voltaria com certeza.

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El apartamento estaba en perfectas condiciones y cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas. Manuel fue especialmente amable y atento desde el primer momento: nos ayudó a guardar el equipaje y nos explicó todo lo necesario para que nos sintiéramos cómodos durante la estancia. ¡Sin duda, una experiencia muy positiva!

Was a great place sooo roomy

We travelled as part of a large group of friends. Communication was great via WhatsApp and prior to arriving at the property we had been provided access codes and room numbers. Some small issues during our stay were sorted seamlessly whilst we were out sightseeing. Would definitely return.

Tiene muy buena ubicación, el servicio es excelente y el espacio es más amplio de lo que se muestra en fotos.

We booked a one bedroom apartment that can accommodate 5 people. There were 2 single beds in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the living area. The washing machine/dryer is located in the bathroom. The apartment was neat and clean. This place is generally quiet except for some stomping of feet from the people upstairs which happens either late at night or early morning. Location is so good we didn’t use the metro even once when we were in Madrid. San Bernardo and Noviciado metro stations can service this area though with the former being the closer one. Cafes and mini supermarkets are abundant in the area. Dishwashing liquid and a few tea bags and sugar sachets were provided. There is an iron and a small ironing board. The lift doesn’t start on ground level so bags needed to be carried up a flight of stairs. Check-in is done online via a link that is sent by the property in WhatsApp. All pertinent information regarding our stay was communicated in the same manner. Host is responsive and always checking if everything is okay. This is a good place to stay in Madrid and if there is one thing that can be improved, I think it’s the bath towels as they’re old and thin. I would recommend this accommodation.
