Une très bonne étape dans cet établissement tout près de l'aéroport BGY. Je vous conseille de contacter l'établissement pour l'organisation de votre transfert entre l'hôtel et BGY.

The Good: the receptionist (who was probably the owner) was friendly, responsive and helpful we were able to check out slightly late. The beds were comfortable with ample clean linens and towels. The shower had good pressure/temperature. The Bad: the toilet and sink were not very clean, I had to give i them a clean before using as I couldn’t find the receptionist by the time I noticed it. Also there wears a large trail of ants in the bedroom.

Hotel pod każdym względem ok. Przylecieliśmy w nocy i nie było problemów z dostaniem się do środka. Dostaliśmy szczegółowe instrukcje. Doskonały kontakt w j. angielskim również przez WhatsUpp. Ogólnie polecam.

Bei der Ankunft war die Hoteltür verschlossen und die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Erst nach einigen Minuten wurde die Tür geöffnet. Ein Frühstücksbüffet gab es nicht, der Frühstücksraum war nicht zugänglich. Frühstück wurde nach vorheriger Bestellung auf dem Zimmer serviert, wo es nur einen Schreibtisch mit einer Sitzgelegenheit gab. Für den Tresor fehlte die Anleitung zur Nutzung. Die Rezeption war immer nur sporadisch besetzt. Insgesamt ein entäuschender Aufenthalt.

Sadly when we landed in Bergamo, check in was at 5pm at berg hotel but they email us an hour or so before to say that they have had a problem at the hotel and our booking has been moved to another nearby hotel. In fact the problem was that they over booked (told by the new hotel). So we paid for a 4 star hotel to be put into a 3 star hotel. Very basic hotel, however, the man who does the night shifts was so friendly and kind to us and said he will take care of us and not to worry. This hotel was called art and hotel (about 14 mins from Bergamo hotel). So basically no don’t book this hotel because the day you land you will be told lies! They took money from us, overbooked then moved us of course being in a foreign country you can’t say much we needed a bed for the night! So so upset and disappointed, extremely unprofessional and greedy for money.

Albergo pulito, in zona tranquilla e in buone condizioni. Utile il parcheggio e comodo per raggiungere qualsiasi metà. Unica pecca la colazione. Suggerisco di utilizzare prodotti monouso che non si deteriorino se restano ad aspettare che qualcuno li consumi. Magari elevando la qualità degli stessi prodotti. Caffè comunque ottimo e la signora che oltre a a fare il caffè fa un po’ tutto è gentilissima e disponibilissima sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra.

Tutto bene. Solo qualche problema di parcheggio la prima notte, ma abbiamo risolto parcheggiando a 50m dell’hotel.

Petit hôtel en bord de route mais le léger bruit ne nous a pas dérangé. Avec ascenseur. Pztit parking (gratuit). Wifi gratuit. Personnel sympathique, petit déjeuner copieux et très apprécié. Super chocolat chaud "italien" ! Bon rapport Qualité / Prix Dans la chambre, pas de café disponible ou bouilloire disponible, dommage.

Bon rapport qualité prix et accès facile avec parking à proximité.

Tutto bene, ottima colazione, camera confortevole e posizione comoda.

Avevo scelto questo albergo, poiché era molto vicino alla sede del concorso a cui dovevo partecipare. Mi sono trovata estremamente bene!! La stanza era molto carina confortevole e pulita e tranquilla. Il personale gentilissimo ed estremamente disponibile. Se capiterà ancora l'occasione, sicuramente ritornerò.

Sono sta molto contento de personale tutti molto gentili la camera molto bella e colorata cambierà i materassi che sono un Po scomodi ma per il resto bello la colazione molto buona e il servizio eccellente.

Good value for the money and close to the airport with free parking. The rooms have very thin doors so when there is noice outside you hear it and also the planes passing by outside. During the night it gets quiet though so not a big issue.

The owners of hotel is making noise. The reception is very near to the rooms .they dont stop talking.also the flight noose is another problem

No voy a poner nada en esta pagina de hoteles porque está todo restringido. Censura todo, hasta lo más absurdo.

Toller Aufenthalt. Alle Wünsche werden eim abgelesen. Leider war unser zimmer auf der Strassenseite. Somit etwas lauter Verkehr und Fluglärm

Nice hotel close to airport and places to eat nearbyhowever we stayed in room 1 which smelled heavily of stale smoke. People also smoked outside the room window outside reception. This is why I have given a 2 for cleanliness albeit the room was clean. All our clothes smelled of smoke when we left.
