Location was great. Less than a block from the beach. Rooms were in need of some updating with paint and some repairs. In one room the couch was stained and no one wanted to use it. The bathroom door had water damage that needs to be addressed. Beds and sheets were clean. Excellent WiFi connection and streaming services available.

Room was clean - older style but still good. Kitchen was equipped well. Would stay here again.

The only item we did not like and did not use was the Electric Kettle. Need a good clean out or replace it. Used a pot to boil hot water
