Llegué al hotel a las 10 de la noche después de viajar todo el día y la recepcionista me dice que no tiene habitaciones recebe dos habitaciones le enseñé mi confirmación de reserva de las dos habitaciones y dijo que no solo tenía una habitación aunque antes me cobraron pagué en efectivo y después de decirme que no tenían habitaciones me dicen que no hay devolución en verdad una pésima experiencia en este hotel

Reserve una habitación king size y cuando llegue me dieron matrimonial doble yo había reservado una king size me la cambiaron. Pero tuve que alegar. Todo lo demás muy bien comodidad servicio Internet alberca camas excelente

La habitacion estaba en malas condiciones, nada acorde al precio

La entrada del hotel está muy bien, sin embargo, la piscina y las habitaciones están muy deterioradas. El interior de las habitaciones refleja vetustez.

El mantenimiento del cuarto, pintura y la señal de la televisión era muy mala.

Beds were uncomfortable. Wifi was not working 90% of the time.

The location was well in reach of the shopping area and the restaurant on site was excellent.
