Bon emplacement et bon hotel par contre petite piscine Arret de bus et de taxi en bas de la rue. Tres bon buffet petit dejeuner, avec des themes le soir.

Mein Familien Urlaub nach Mallorca verlief sehr angenehm. Mein erstmals Flug mit Eurowings war sehr komfortabel und pünktlich. BG Hotel, das Personal war freundlich, der Service aufmerksam, das Essen gemütlich und die Gerichte jeden Tag anders. Dank für alles !

Very loud room, you heard every toilet flushing from all other rooms above you. Food was bland for the most part. Location was very good and near the beach.

Im Speisesaal zuviel los und keine Abwechslung. Der Klavierspieler beim Frühstück war eher störend, da zum einen "Trauermusik" gespielt wurde und dadurch die Gäste lauter Reden mussten. Zuerst zuviel Handtücher, dann zu wenig, dann kein Duschvorleger und das Konzept der Glasscheibe zwischen Toilette und Bett..Naja

Essen hat sich stark verschlechtert über die Jahre gesehen

Hervorragendes Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet. Sehr freundliches Personal. Schöne, saubere Zimmer. Gutes-Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Horrible dirty l, bed bugs and terrible service

Four stars hotel in an excellent location, friendly, helpful staff. We had a good room with balcony and nice view. Tap water isn't suitable for drinking, so it's an idea to get bottled water as soon as possible, there's a supermarket nearby.

Super Hotel in Strandnähe, für uns das ideale Hotel für einen Ballermann Urlaub.

Staff were polite and friendly, pool is lovely! Nice music playing, warm water, clean, cool floating bean bags, nice plants and trees, clean rooms, nice bathrooms. I’d recommend here and will come back again. So close to the beach and shops, quiet, and nice.

Great facilities, excellent food and very friendly staff. Only negative we found was that the training facilities was very poor (training room should be upgraded), apart from that it was top notch!

Everything was excellent during our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very efficient at taking care of our needs. The room was spacious and well appointed. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and a very good selection of shops and restaurants. It should also be noted that the buffet breakfast exceeded expectations.

Really enjoyed our stay, hotel ticked all our boxes, staff friendly and always available, hotel clean and tidy, good location, decent breakfast buffet lots of choice. Pool no issue with getting beds, drink and food available to order to your lounger. As I said right at the start really enjoyed our stay, will definitely return.
