Bonito hotel, bueno para familias

Sólo hace falta ampliar el estacionamiento.

Muy bien en todos los aspectos y sobre todo en la atención del personal, son educados y amables

Le falta un poco de mantenimiento al hotel

Hay áreas que les falta mantenimiento, el hotel en general está "bien", excelente servicio por parte de los empleados y colaboradores.

Muy cómodo, excelente ubicación y los desayunos riquísimos

Tiene aspecto viejo las habitaciones

The location is good. It is possible to walk to malls and restaurants . However, the room wasn't that clean. There were hairs on the sheets , towels, and floors. We had a ocean view room, but the windows were locked, felt more like a prison that a Hilton hotel. There was mold in the bathroom and room ceiling. The staff in reception were attentive but when asked for a tax invoice they denied to provide it. The place is not worth for the price.

The location of the hotel is perfect, its near downtown Veracruz and has many bars and restaurants surrounding it. Its also near to various beaches and attractions. Its clean but could improve the facilities in the bedrooms.

Hotel a pie de playa con acceso a una de las mejores playas de Boca del Rio, excelente actitud de servicio por parte del personal de restaurante y zona de alberca

Mu bonito el lugar limpieza y ubicacion excelentes, la habitacion es lo que publicaron, buen servicio

Necesita una gran remodelación Almohadas terribles No está a la altura de un Hilton

Mala experiencia desde que llegué me entregaron mi habitación casi dos horas después de la hora de check in , el colchón estaba vencido , la cafetera no servía , el aire acondicionado fallaba mucho y como llovió se metió mucha agua por todas partes

We've reserved a double bed and they were overbooked and we end up sleeping in a single bed with a not so confortable extra bed!
