Das Hotel war für einen Zwischenstopp absolut okay. Frühstück war vielfältig und das Abendessen zwar etwas teuer, aber sehr lecker. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

The hotel is super modern and nice, but the staff, made up mostly of imported (non-Icelandic), young labor left me wanting. We showed a little early and could not check in and then were denied a cup of coffee while we waited for rooms to be ready. We could see the coffee machine on the bar. Although the hotel was generally clean, one of our supposedly clean bath towels had a large brown smudge on it that we had to exchange. I hope it was just a previous guest's makeup. We ate dinner with another couple and the bartender refused to split the check and insisted we did that at checkout two days later. Luckily, the guy at the front desk was able to split the check after we made a fuss. Lastly, one of the waiters told us that Americans were super messy, referring to a tour group that was conferencing in the hotel. He may have been joking, or he may not like Americans. I would look for other options in the area before settling on this property.

Very clean property, a reasonable (and expected) amount of amenities, and friendly staff. There’s close to nothing to do or see in the immediate area, you’d need to drive at least 30 or more minutes. The grounds around the property are a lot of protected moss, so you’re not supposed to stay from the path, but there wasn’t a lot of visible path from what I saw. Also, walking back to a room from the outside, there are no visible numbers as to which room is yours. So make sure you find some marker to know before wandering.

Ideal para descansar cómodamente. Habitaciones con buenas vistas, sin ruidos y muy limpio. Hervidor y frigo prqueño en habitación. Cuenta con restaurante. Llegamos bastante tarde y la recepcion edtaba abierta. Recomendable 100%

Great property, but literally in the middle of nowhere!

Loved our stay at Foss Hotel Núpar. The restaurant was fantastic, the views were gorgeous and the rooms were very clean and well equipped. Would absolutely recommend staying here

Good property

The room was very clean, with some free coffee, tea, and a kettle. The staff were helpful and lent us a car charging cable for the nearby station.

Great rooms with door to the outside and small area to sit! Choice of buffet and a la carte restaurants - both excellent quality!

Just perfect all around.

Incredible setting; modern and very clean rooms. Beds are v comfortable and the area is silent; great sleep! Highly recommend including breakfast with your booking - it’s varied and has everything from freshly baked bread to hot cooked items to cold cuts, fruits, cheese, and pastries. Excellent coffee. Property does not provide VIP benefits - no room upgrade or welcome drinks as indicated. We had a beer and house wine and were charged for them. Disappointing but overall a really good stay and value.
