Appartement fonctionnel , personnel agréable mais bâtiment et SPA trop bruyant .

Alla nostra richiesta di sistemare la ventola del bagno non finestrato, ci hanno detto che avrebbero provveduto con immediatezza io giorno dopo. Invece il giorno dopo, dopo nostro sollecito, ci hanno detto che non lo avrebbero sistemato senza neanche proporci l'eventuale cambio di stanza.

Nous avons apprécié que les maîtres nageurs fassent respecter les horaires pour enfants à ceux qui arrivent 20min avant l'heure, et reprennent les gens qui ne respectent pas les règles d'hygiène. L'appartement était confortable, seul point négatif la baignoire est glissante et profonde.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Nous reviendrons.

Appartement convenable mais revonation a prevoir. Probleme de toilettes qui fuit. Parquet abimé. Porte des toilettes qui ne ferme pas. Propreté laisse à desirer.

Appartement fonctionnel mais très vétuste Ensemble des portes et du mobilier abîmé par le temps, murs sales, plafond salle de bain moisi. Ménage insuffisant (photo du volant roulant contenant la cuisine dans un état lamentable), poil dans le réfrigérateur. Sinon l’hôtel est agréable et calme, le personnel est sympathique Espace spa agréable mais bruyant aux heures ou les enfants sont autorisés

TRES AGREABLE SEJOUR COMME D'HABITUDE DANS CE CADRE MAGNIFIQUE AAVEC UNE VUE FANTASTIQUE SUR LA MER, LE SPA EST FANTASTIQUE, NOUS AVONS PASSE UNE SEMAINE DE REPOS AU CALME ETAVEC UNE EQUIPE AU TOP NOUS REVIENDRONS TRES VITE

Einerseits ein toller Ausblick, die Lage selbst aber etwas langweilig und einiges vom Meer entfernt. Dafür kostenloses Parken, sehr anständig. Die Pools innen und außen sind mehr als zufriedenstellend. Frühstück zu teuer und wenn die kleine Asiatin (leider den Namen vergessen) nicht da ist, auch unorganisiert. Sie hatte den Laden im Griff und war sehr hilfsbereit. Bei unseren zwei Zimmern fehlte ein Spülzeug-Set, was wir 2x reklamiert haben, aber vom Personal nie bekommen haben. Da haben wir auch gar nicht erst unser verstopftes Waschbecken im Bad beanstandet. Im WC verschwand ein stark rostiges Rohr in der Wand. Wenn man ein Auto hat, Alles in Allem eine nette Homebase für Touren in die spannende Umgebung. Auf das Personal kann man sich aber größtenteils nicht verlassen.

Sehr tolles Hotel

The fridge in our residency was extremely smelly. We booked online and when we showed up the front desk staff advised we would not get housekeeping of any kind. I wish that information was provided prior to booking. The property is quite out of the way and transportation options are subpar.

Terrible room and stinky bathroom. Breakfast was over $20 per person and it was probably the first time I regretted paying for food. The bathroom was stinky and had ants on the floor. The room also had some water damage. Wish I did some more research before booking the room. You will need a car to get around as there is nothing nearby.

Établissement correct mais j en attendais d avantage pour un établissement de ce standing.

Staff was not very friendly, people don't dusch before going in the pool, in and out.. Room was not clean
