Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, Personal war sehr freundlich, Zimmer war ok.

Room spotless and in good condition, staff very nice and helpful. Shower not great runs hot and cold and pressure is not great. Food (salad/friut/dessert good. Hot food very bland and not very warm.

Good stay as usual

Hintaansa nähden todella hyvä ja tähtiluokitustaan parempi hotelli! Huoneet, hotellin yleiset tilat ja ravintola olivat kaikki todella siistejä kaikilta osin. Roskia ja likaa ei ollut havaittavissa missään ja alue on varsin rauhallinen ympäristön osalta. Meidän huone oli täydellisellä paikalla maantasolla aivan isomman altaan ja allasbaarin vieressä. Rantatuolit oli käytettävissä parin metrin päästä huoneen terassilta. Huoneisto oli suht tilava neljälle ja kylpyhuone oli toimiva ja lämmintä vettä riitti hyvin kaikille kunnollisella vedenpaineella. Huoneistossa oli myös hiukan normaalia suurempi jääkaappi. Ilmastointilaite oli vain makuuhuoneessa, mutta viilensi koko huoneiston riittävästi hetken oltuaan päällä. Kaikki varaukset sisältävät all inclusiven eli aamiainen, lounas, välipalakahvi sekä illallinen sisältyy huonehintaan. Myös allasbaarin kaikki juomat oli käytettävissä. Aamiainen oli joka päivä ihan sama, mutta todella hyvä. Viikon ajan lounas oli omasta mielestä keskimäärin parempi kuin illallinen. Valikoima vaihtui lämpimän ruuan osalta joka päivä ja aina löytyi jotain hyvää syötävää. Jälkiruuat olivat aika samanlaisia päivästä toiseen. Ruuat ei ole mitään gourmeeta, mutta varsin hyviä ja laadukkaita ottaen huomioon hintatason. Drinkit baarissa oli maistuvia ja olut erittäin hyvää. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja vain harvoin joutui missään odottamaan eli ruuhkaa ravintolassa ei meidän aikana ollut. Allasbaarissa joutui joskus muutaman minuutin odottaa juomia.

Overall good. Value for money. The only issue that could be fixed is the internet.

The food was mediocre. The rest of my experience, however, was really bad. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Below room 119, there are freezers from the Spar store, which make a very loud noise. Why not just buy new, quieter ones? I asked for an iron four times before I got a working one, and even then, I had to pick it up myself. Cleaning was done only once during the entire week. The New Year’s Eve schedule was incorrect, and the dining time was wrongly communicated. The location is poor, with no restaurants nearby.

The property was pretty much as expected, for the price, location wasn’t brilliant but knew that on booking, food from average to terrible and very limited (I saw jet2 use this hotel too and having stayed with jet2 I wouldn’t think this is their standard). Also AI drinks was quite limited too to what I have had at other hotels in the area. The hotel pools were nice and not too busy (always plenty of loungers). The staff though were absolutely outstanding and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help!

Je mets 5 étoiles pour le personnel est très aimable autrement l hôtel est propre ainsi que Les chambres ET partie commune le seul bémol c'est la wifi qui marche très mal ET les repas sont pas assez varié

Plagado el complejo de cucarachas, en el todo incluido no hay snack bar solo es desayuno almuerzo merienda y cena con los horarios súper juntos, poca variedad en las comidas, el bar súper pequeño y las camareras ofrecían puestos libres que quedaban en mesas ya ocupadas para que se sentaran otros clientes, poca animación. Me parece caro para el servicio que ofrecen, no volvería.

Enjoyed our stay at turbo club. Staff friendly. Pool good decent size. Has bus to the beach daily. Lots to do around the area. It's situated in a good location. Rooms nice and clean complex looked after. Food was nice for the ratings it is. I couldn't fault it. I would go back and I would recommend.

Very well run. I was disappointed to have an apartment that hot no sun. The dtaff as ever, work tirelessly to make your stay an enjoyable experience. Very clean and tidy. Food choice a little average, but served well

We had a fantastic stay at Turbo Club, the staff were great they work extremely hard . The room was exceptionally clean with regular cleaning in a weeks stay . The room was very comfortable with a quiet location and a lovely pool view only thing would have nice would have been more coat hangers. The food was fine we never went hungry, we found the lunch food better than the evening meal . Breakfast a touch repetitive was just lacking in bananas / melon but not enough to complain about ,

Negativo: No hay gel, ni utensilios para cocinar, no hay congelador en la nevera, la cena es muy temprano, la piscina cierra a las 18h. La sal, aceite, etc. se sirve en botes compartidos, el buffet no tiene mucha variedad. Positivo: Renovado, muy limpio, tiene secador, la comida está rica, te dan picnic si no vas a ir a comer, tranquilo, se aparca genial y el trato del personal inmejorable. Merece la pena calidad- precio.

Nuestra estancia en Turbo Club fue muy agradable. Buena ubicación, apartamentos reformados y limpios. Comida variada y buena. Lo único negativo fueron las bebidas ya que estaban bastante aguosas.

+ Nette kamers + schoon - maken erg weinig schoon - slecht eten erg weinig keus - cocktails niet te drinken Waterig uit een machine Keuze uit 3 cocktails - geen entertainment of kidsclub - Kinderen mogen niet zelf hun eten pakken - kinderen vanaf 6 jaar moeten continu een mondkapje op, personeel zelf maken hun eigen regels de 1 zegt met 3 de ander zegt met 5 ken aub de regels die worden opgesteld door het land zelf! Scheelt veel discussies. Al bij al blijft het een 2 sterren hotel wij hebben besloten niet meer terugbrengen willen gaan

Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De appartementen zijn helemaal vernieuwd en zien er erg luxe uit. Er is een airco aanweizg om de temperatuur op je kamer te regelen. Verder is het complex erg gezellig ingericht, waarbij de meeste appartementen uitkijken op het zwembad.
