Restaurant was less than desirable. Amenities less than desirable. No bottled water available for your room? Not acceptable.

Volvería en otra ocasión. Solo un poco más atención por parte de los anfitriones. No proporcionaron servilleta, tuve que solicitarla. De resto, excelente

The food was terrible. I placed an order for room service. The food was soggy and terrible. I asked for a refund from the manager or even to give me credit since I didn’t eat and they said they weren’t able to do that terrible service

Love this hotel! Minutes from the airport, great food at the restaurant, had an amazing massage at the spa and the staff at front desk where very helpful with my needs.

El baño estaba deteriorado le falta más mantenimiento conozco este hotel hace años pero ahora que regrese se mira gastado y todo está más costoso cada comida o algo que comas rápido no baja de 100 mil !!!! Lo mejor de todo es la atención de las personas son muy amables

Closeness to the airport

Perfect. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel was spotless. Room was big enough, clean and beds were confortable. Hottub and sauna were free for us. Food at their restaurant was good.
