Great hotel and very friendly staff - excellent location to explore Hull

This is the second time I've stayed here on business and I just love it. Staff are so wonderful and lovely clean room and comfy bed! couldnt ask for more! I will be back!

Great hotel offering a clean room with breakfast and parking at a great price.

Lovely place with very friendly and welcoming staff.

The room was clean and spacious but the bathroom was tiny, "you could not swing a cat" (if you had one). See photo The hotel description of the room's facilities included air conditioning. When the staff were asked where it was they said try the cupboard. It turns out that the air conditioning was in fact a portable 'tower fan'. see photo

Charming hotel with a great feeling of history, both inside and out. Excellent breakfast with many menu choices and warm, helpful staff. Comfortable bar with well-made beverages.

Der var ikke noget i vejen med hotellet. Jeg tror at jeg havde forventet noget mere.

Hotel is located on a quiet square a few minutes walk from the city centre. The room was large, spacious, newly decorated and extremely clean. Excellent generous breakfast served by friendly and welcoming team member. The mattress was overly worn and not comfortable, the bed linen was overly fragranced with fabric conditioner, as were the towels. Overall the positives way outweighed the negatives.

Room is clean however there is no sound proofing so if you got to the age where this is an issue bear in mind you can hear next rooms bathroom fan & any phone conversations or toilet noises or conversations Luckily few in hotel on my stay Nor marking down for the above as out of their control I guess and I’m noise sensitive sadly wish I wasn’t

Absolutely spotless. Good old fashioned family run type hotel. Could not dault a thing.

Loved everything about the hotel, cleanliness, staff are so friendly, room nice and spacious, a bath plus shower, it ticked all the boxes for me and my granddaughter, location great. Would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to my next visit.

Local parking available but not guaranteed dependent upon time of the day. If you arrive around 5pm should be ok. After 6 because of theatre 🎭 goers it gets fully occupied.
