It wasn’t one thing that made the experience poor, but a combination of things. The pool had no towels and when I went to the desk, they restocked the giant shelf with 4 towels. Yay. The front doors are automatic, it’s -30 out so the entire first floor is cold. Which is why the front staff are in the back and take awhile to greet you. Why do hotels put an incidental rate on your card. That new thing pi$$es me off. The coffee pot was empty. The powdered eggs were really wet. The elevator took so long I walked up 3 flights and beat my family by a lot. Etc. etc. I stay in a lot of hotels and this one feels like a cheap hotel masquerading as a good one.
