Needs a little maintenance. Flooring. Bathroom tiles, mattresses

Solo no hubo desayuno porque dijeron que fue por la reserva con operadora. Sugiero no suprimir este beneficio porque van a perder clientes.

La atencion en recepcion es mala, se portaron muy poco amables. Las camas muy duras y las almoadas igual. Literal es un hotel de emergencias y poco recomendable. Adicional que no me dieron el desayuno cuando todos lo incluían.

Excelente servicio y muy agradable las instalaciones

Un lugar tranquilo, cómodo (a excepción de las almohadas) y lindo en general. Solo hizo falta la toalla de mano, no cuenta con plancha y las almohadas a mi gusto, estaban muy altas.

We loved the charm of the hotel. Staff were nice. We made sure to eat at the hotel restaurant as it was clean and so was the food. We brought different family members there just about every day of our stay to eat there as well. We enjoyed our stay.

This hotel has the basics. Hot water, towels, soap, shampoo, everything that should be there. But when we got to the hotel we got this smell coming from the outside, it smelled like sewers at night, which was an issue with sleeping. In the morning we found dead cockroaches at the hotel. The internet was not working, which was an issue bc I had to do school work. In the bright side, the hotel is pretty, and it’s really close to downtown, there’s not much to look around in that town, but it’s pretty cheap and the nearest beach is around 30 minutes. For the price it’s alright, just don’t have high expectations. As I said, it’s not bad but it’s not great.
