很舊，房間很多雜聲，花灑水壓不夠，非吸煙房間還是有煙味。

Great hospitality

The manager was extremely rude, the guy who checked me in said he would let me know when a room became available (as there were no clean rooms when I checked in), but he took off for his lunch break and didn’t tell the other employees I was waiting there. They refused to let me cancel my upcoming reservation after I had a bad experience with a manager, and then they tried to charge my credit card three times in a row for something and triggered a fraud alert that got my credit card frozen. Definitely my worst experience in 31 years of staying at hotels in China. The only positive was all the young women who worked there were very friendly and tried to do what they could to make up for the rude manager.

Everything is good.

Gym was good for exercise. The mall is a bit far so I rented a bicycle and rode with my family about 7 mins with traffic. No swimming pool available when I ask the lady there how about in July she said she is very uncertain.

The hotel is located not too far from the train station. It is also located close to the city area, only about 20min by train or car. Nearby there is also lots of local food only 5 to 10 min away, very convenient. The hotel itself has very comfortable bed. Very recommend to stay.

Got upgraded to room on higher floor, with such beautiful view of the city. Staffs at fromt desk are very helpful. Close to mtr station.

出張で使用。 朝食が少し高め且つ宿泊料にセットに出来ないのが少しマイナス。 ただ徒歩圏内に24時間営業のコンビニもありお酒やおつまみを買うのには便利です。 あとWiFiが上手く繋がらず使えなかったのと有線LANが無かったのが残念なポイント。 それ以外は清潔かつ建物も綺麗なのでおススメです！

Beautiful room and great amenities, perfectly situated in a great neighbourhood!!

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Renaissance Chengdu. The staff were very helpful. My return flight was a late evening flight and the staff were very helpful to extend the checkout timing so that i would not be stressed out about my luggage.

Overall pretty comfortable stay, great value. However central heating was turned on while outside temperature was >20 Celsius

We were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful this hotel is. Although it has a major roads running outside, which you can't avoid, we didn't notice the traffic noise. Checking in was easy and the staff are all welcoming. The room was in a great condition and very clean. The bathroom was scrupulously clean with a large bath, separate shower, wc and two handbasins. We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Chengdu. To us it was a safe neighbourhood and although you need taxi or didi to get anywhere places were all within easy travelling distance. We will stay again.

位置还是不错的，旁边有很多在当地小有名气的小餐馆、私房菜……但是酒店本身软硬件都一般，空调还坏了

It was a great location and convenient for my purpose. Hotel staff very very professional and friendly. The special price they offered made it extra sweet. I would stay there again.

My son and I traveled to Emeishan for an international wushu competition and stayed here for the night before transporting to the site. My son’s competition weapon did not catch the transfer flight and was left in Beijing. The hotel people were so nice contacting the airline, the airport and arranging for the lost luggage to be delivered directly to the hotel. They continue followed up and the luggage arrived 10 mins before we had to leave catching the train. They are SUPER! The hotel is nice. Room is clean. Nothing that may deduct any point from my review.

Comfortable bed and huge bathroom. No traffic jam problem from and to airport as it is just at the exit of the highway towards downtown.

Very clean hotel with food service. Great business hotel not far from the airport
