Lovely hotel . Great gym and lovely rooms.

Uncomfortable beds and terrible customer service.

Stanza ampia e molto pulita. Complimenti alla ragazza del housekeeping è stata attenta scrupolosa nella pulizia e molto gentile. Non posso dire lo stesso deI personale della reception che è stato veramente scortese e poco professionale.Non mi aspettavo un livello così basso di servizio in un Novotel a 4 stelle.

I picked this hotel since it was fairly near LHR. Turns out, it was a 55 pound fare plus tip. I had an early morning flight so I had the hotel book a cab for me. The tube wasn’t running consistently so a cab was required. The area is ok. There is a Sainsbury’s just around the corner and a coffee shop. Not much else around. The room was nice, roomy and comfortable. It contain a small fridge too. I wouldn’t recommend a long term stay here but for one night it was very nice.

No air con, poor bed and unhelpful staff. Won’t be staying again.

Definitely recommend this hotel. Room was very clean and staff were helpful throughout our stay. Cleanliness is great, couldn’t fault it. Beds are very comfy and the room and bathroom were very spacious.

I had the most relaxing stay! The staff were so helpful and friendly, they were accommodating of my needs and put me at ease. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend.

Good overall stay, bed comfort was main drawback. Convenient for public transportation, limited dining options within 10 minute walk.

Stayed 1 night as we had family doing the Kew Gardens half marathon, we had 3 rooms for our family. All rooms were great. Swimming pool and sauna was nice. About 15 minute walk to South Ealing underground station. Had an evening meal here and that was nice, would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and convenience store nearby. Front desk wasnt very friendly checked in guest after me ....even though i had been waiting in the lobby for my room

The hotel and staff both were amazing. Parking is also available. My childrens enjoyed the stay. The pool was clean.

Easy car parking underground, smooth and speedy check in. Nice modern room with great walk in shower, plenty of places to sit and relax. Bed may be a little soft for some.
