Jeg ble skuffet pga vi hadde bestilt et rom med havutsikt og fikk et rom med litt havutsikt. Ut fra hotellets bestilling så trodde vi at rommet hadde full havutsikt når vi betalte ekstra for et rom med havutsikt. Her var informasjon på hotellets nettsider misvisende.

Bra boende. Bra frukost trevlig personal

La chambre était propre et l’hôtel très calme. Très bon emplacement secteur calme, idéal pour les familles (Commerces à proximité, restaurants, aquarium et arrêt de bus à 2 minutes à pied) La piscine et plage étaient en accès direct. Nous avions des animations le soir très sympas (spectacle de magie, spectacle de jongle ou bien spectacle humoristique) Le buffet était correct, le seul bémol est l’attente dans le buffet et le prix élevé des boissons pour le dîner à rajouter car non inclus dans le repas

Perfekt beliggenhet i forhold til stranden, resturanter, Palma sentrum og flyplassen. Vi har bodd her 3 ganger, og trives veldig gudt.Det lukter desverre litt på rommet (mulig fukt) og solsenger ved bassenget blir holdt av med håndklær i timesvis uten at sengene blir brukt. Dette trekker noe ned, ellers et supert hotell.

The location was fantastic as it was right next to the beach with excellent views from the balcony. The breakfast was good but the dinner had very limited choices and you have to pay extra to get water so bring your own bottles. The Wifi did not work at all in our rooms and for everyone else I think as people gathered in the hotspot near the lobby to get a good reception. The room was not hoovered properly and the sofa bed was uncomfortable and kept sliding apart so did not get a good night's sleep. Beware that thre were mosquitoes in the room and the shower cubicle kept getting blocked.

Great breakfast and nearby beaches are the best features of the hotel!

Absolutely horrible experience from beginning to end. Do not be fooled by the pictures because the reality is completely different. The hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, uncomfortable, and shockingly overpriced for what it actually offers. The room felt cheap and neglected. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, worn out, and did not feel properly clean. The air conditioning was incredibly weak and practically useless during the blazing summer heat, making it difficult to sleep or even relax in the room. The bathroom was one of the worst parts. It was dirty, outdated, and clearly not cleaned to an acceptable standard. The towels and toiletries felt cheap, and the soap provided was extremely low quality. Everything about the bathroom made the stay feel unpleasant and unhygienic. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was completely unacceptable. The room, bathroom, bedding, and common areas all felt poorly maintained. Customer service was also terrible. The staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and showed very little concern when issues were raised. For the amount of money this hotel charges, the quality is embarrassing. My family and I endured three painful and uncomfortable nights here, and we could not wait to leave. We will never stay at this hotel again and would never recommend it to anyone. I genuinely do not understand the positive reviews. Our experience was nothing like the photos or the expectations created online. This was one of the worst and most disappointing

Sehr freundliches Personal, immer wieder verändertes Essen, sehr gut gelegen

We stayed in the penthouse and were impressed with the service and hospitality of the hotel staff from the front desk attendants to the housecleaning personnel. The room was clean and well-stocked, with great views. We were welcomed with a full sized bottle of Moet & Chandon champagne. The breakfast and dinner buffets available at the hotel restaurants were reasonably priced and full of diverse, fresh options; truly excellent food! The beach outside the hotel (although public property) was well kept, which made for fabulous views. The on-site pool was also enjoyable. The hotel serves mostly a family-oriented clientele, which worked well for us since we were traveling with our teenagers; however, for those travelers looking for more of an adult-only experience, this may not be the best pick for you. Also, be aware that the hotel only has one washer and one dryer available for all guests. I found that washing clothing in the washer early in the morning and letting everything air dry on our balcony worked best to avoid long waits to use them. Overall, an excellent experience!

Frühstücksangebot war sehr gut und groß. Beim Abendessen gibt es allerdings kein stilles Wasser zum Essen, es muss auch dieses gekauft werden. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war irgendwie runtergedrosselt, wenn man ins zimmer kam war es nicht kühl genug. Erst über nacht wurde es kühler. Unter tags eher unangenehm da es sehr heiß war und hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Geräusche vom Gang hat man ins Schlafzimmer deutlich gehört, hätte keine Schaldämpfung wahrgenommen. Personal an der Poolbar war nett aber sehr langsam und teilweise unorganisiert. Preise waren OK. Leider spielte an der poolbar nie Hintergrundmusik was ich seltsam und schade fand da kaum urlaubsfeeling aufkam. Auch auf nachfrage wurde uns nur gesagt es gibt keine Musik.

Geräumiges Zimmer mit Strandblick. Da unser Zimmer zum Pool/zur Bar hin gelegen war, war es abends ein wenig laut

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel, das wir gerne weiterempfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, modern und sehr komfortabel. Besonders lohnt sich ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick – die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Der Poolbereich ist sehr gepflegt und die Mitarbeiter an der Poolbar sowie das gesamte Hotelpersonal sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strand und das Meer sind traumhaft und auch die Umgebung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Essen war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings ist die Auswahl für eher wählerische Esser etwas eingeschränkt. Trotzdem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden das Hotel gerne wieder besuchen.

Our stay was spoiled at the end when the hotel declined to give back our deposit for the towels. They literally stole 20 EUR from us, claiming that "it was not in the system" without giving any information about that. The person called Joachim (or Joacquin or something similar) claimed that he was front desk supervisor, refused to contact his manager and didn't want to return deposit. Scam...

Lovely hotel, no issues and good location right on the beach with plenty of restaurants and bars around. Easy to get into Palma via public transport and taxi. Close to the airport but you hardly hear any planes. A few minor updates needed to some of the rooms or slightly deeper cleaning but generally very clean and well presented.

We really love this hotel. We were a family of 4 with 2 kids. Lot of activities close by and amazing ocean view. Very clean and quiet. We can’t wait to come back next year . Really really recommended .

very clean hotel, good breakfast options, fantastic location for cycling 7 miles along a designated coastal cycle path in to Palma. Sa Arenal only 1 mile south too for livelier resort. Gym is very good too although aircon wasnt on so was quite warm. Only negative was the fact you need to sit at a table to order drinks. should be able to order drinks at a bar. main hotel bar was closed for some reason. Apart from this great hotel and location. pool view rooms are best as you get both sea and pool views.

Vi overnattet i 9 dager og syns rommet var rent og fint da vi kom. Kunne ønsket at gulvet ble tatt litt bedre utover i oppholdet. I tillegg kunne vi ønsket at det ble skiftet på sengene en gang. Vi hadde ekstra seng på rommet og hun som lå på den, lå ikke så godt. Mulig vi kunne bedt om overmadrass, men det tenkte vi ikke på. Senga på soverommet var god. T-kjøkkenet var supert. Hotellet var perfekt plassert og vi trivdes veldig godt. Buss til Palma rett på yttersiden av hotellet var veldig praktisk. Vi kommer gjerne igjen.

Het ontbijt en diner was zeer lekker en erg gevarieerd dagelijks. Je kon dus dagelijks wel eens iets anders proeven en dat was aangenaam. Het personeel is ook erg vriendelijk en het was een heel fijn hotel om in te verblijven. Enkel de kamers waren niet zo grondig gepoetst en bij ons kwam het 3 dagen na elkaar voor dat er niet werd gepoetst in onze kamers dus dat was niet zo fijn. Daarnaast zouden ze misschien ook een systeem moeten vinden dat ervoor zorgt dat mensen niet zomaar hun handdoeken een hele dag op de strandstoelen mogen laten liggen, zeker als ze dan zelf niet aanwezig zijn op die dag. Ik denk dat dat de beleving nog aangenamer zou maken voor iedereen. Maar voor de prijs vond ik het zeker een top hotel! Wij hebben ons goed geamuseerd. Ook zalig dat het zo dicht aan zee lag in een leuke buurt met leuke winkeltjes en restaurantjes en dichtbij Palma & het Aquarium van Palma die ook de moeite is om eens te bezoeken!
