El personal del hotel esta lleno de persona maravillosas, sobre todo el buffet y el personal de limpieza

Well connected transport wise to get to the beach and Las Palmas - lots within walking distance. Would have liked to have free water/hot drinks available beyond breakfast(half board). One of the 3 lifts was out of use for the full 10 days we were there which meant people were waiting much of the time. No ironing facilities. The main hotel areas have no air conditioning which means that bedrooms are the only cooler areas after hot days outside. Otherwise, a very nice stay with very helpful staff.

Great hotel, stayed at both princesses in maspalomas and although this one may not be as flashy, the location is better. Area around the pool could do with a little layout adjustment, can get a bit busy and faffy to get a good place with an umbrella, same goes for the outdoor stage, needs a bit of love. All in all though the hotel and trip has been amazing ! 100% recommend.

The hotel was clean and tidy, rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels when requested. Pool area was nice plenty of sun beds, food was good always plenty to choose from can’t fault the place.

Really noisy rooms and people coming in late at night and early hours of morning making lots of noise and nothing done to enforce this

Me and my friend loved this hotel. Lots of food options, cocktails, soft drinks, wine, beer all available (someone previously said cocktails are not free - the ones on tap are free). Plenty of sun loungers even when it’s busy by the pool. Evening entertainment was mostly good! Friendly staff at reception. Easy to get around with the hotel bus stop. All in all really really good quality, especially for what we paid for, it seems like a steal!

It was clean and facilities were lovely. The staff were very nice and courteous.

Been our second visit in this hotel. We really appreciate their services and comfort. Rooms are cleaned daily, food is great, hard to find any fault at this hotel. Highly recommend it!

The food was bland and repetitive and poor quality, no water bottles in the fridge, definitely not a 4 atar hotel

Hotel is very average, room nice enough.. bathroom kind of in need of a refresh... Cockroackes coming through cracks. Tiles at the bottom of the shower didn't meet the shower tray, I slipped and caught my toes underneath and cut a number of them... My husband visited reception as I was bleeding and was given one tiny plaster, he went back and was given another tiny plaster... So he had to visit a shop down the street while I was sat bleeding... Hotel staff were not interested. Drink choice was limited and food selection was poor and not really nice

The property has a spacious feel to it, from the outside spaces to the internal communal areas and individual rooms. All areas were clean and well maintained. The staff were professional, welcoming and friendly and a lovely bonus was on my birthday after being out for the day we returned to a surprise bottle of "bubbly" in our room! Our room was very large with an exceptionally large bed together with a seating area. It also had a large balcony with a lovely sea view. If anything, they could improve on providing consistent information: the TV screens said one thing but a receptionist said another. And, along with another couple who reported the same issue, the shower head would not stay upright in its bracket while having a shower. Overall, the property offers very good value for money and a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Out first adult only hotel and we absolutely loved it. The hotel room was of a big size, the three separate pools of varying temperatures were great to either warm up or cool down. The bus stop directly outside the hotel made it easier to travel to the airport. I would recommend

Beautiful hotel. Staff are really friendly and nice. The room was modern and spacious for 3 adults. Plenty of loungers by the pool. Hotel is bright and modern. Nice relaxing 3 nights/4 days. Downside, premium drinks and some food options come at an extra charge even though if booking all inclusive and no stacked mini bar. Was surprised to see empty fridge. If they change that I would come again.

Lovely hotel - all areas very clean and staff very friendly. Good choice and quality of all inclusive food options. Drinks also good, machine made cocktails but taste good. Really convenient location, 15 mins from Yumbo Centre. Would recommend if staying in GC.
