Amazing resort in a nice quiet remote location We will go back again

Their staff was wonderful and friendly for the first few days we were there regardless of language barriers for we had a wonderful time. However their rotation on Sunday on from May 10th was not kind, patient, nor accommodating which brought my review stars down. Would not revisit this place for the crumbling factors were lack of kindness.

Beautiful location The actual beach was nice but small spent more time by the pool. The food and drinks were ok not particularly great but there was something editable at each sitting although I did have burgers and fries more than once because it was the best thing available. The entertainment /shows were pretty good. Not pushy with the excursions / photos are nice but expensive. And lastly its older European crowd. Some seemed to welcome having diversity others seemed to be offended by it.

View was beautiful - we were on the 4th floor and I was worried it wouldn't be great but I don't think there is a bad view in the place. Everything was clean, but dated for sure. Staff was great - friendly and attentive.

We spent our honeymoon at this location, and overall, we had a great experience. The property felt safe, there were a few dining options outside of the hotel, and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Coming from America, we did feel that some of the food options in the dining areas were limited and could have used more seasoning. My only real complaint was that a roach was found in our coffee. However, the manager addressed the issue promptly and did what he could to make it right by changing our dinner plans to the higher-end à la carte dining option. We are a young couple, and most of the guests appeared to be retired. Because of that, the nightly entertainment seemed to cater more to an older crowd, which took away from having a more diverse and lively experience. Overall, we would return, but we would probably come back with another couple to make the experience even better. Francisco had excellent service and really made sure we were taken care of.

Varasimme matkan ja maksoimme tämän hotellin etukäteen. Hotelli ylibuukkasi asiakkaita ja siirsi meidät aivan eri puolelle saarta paljon halvempaan hotelliin! Korvauksia ei herunut, paitsi murto-osa firmalta, jonka kautta hotellin varasimme. Eli siksi huonot arvostelut, koska tämä hotelli ylibuukkaa eikä ole varatessa varmaa, että edes mahtuu tähän hotelliin!!

Vaskedamene tok penger fra hotellrommet, sengetøyet ble ikke skiftet en eneste gang, samme mat hver dag, var god men man ble lei etter noen dager. Tok lang tid før man fikk drikke til middagen. Dårlig og slitt bad. Ellers var det greit

Nice hotell, excellent staff, delicious food :)

Habitación limpia, lo mejor el personal. Mal aparcamiento, plazas limitadas en hotel, fuera del hotel zona azul. La comida del almuerzo poca variedad, sin embargo desayuno y cena mucha más variedad.

no staff remove towels leaning on the lounges before 10am,drunk English tourists in the pool with drinks or smoking there,lot of teenagers around even is Adults only,buffets little of variety and small serving area

El alojamiento en general está muy bien, las habitaciones son amplias y con detalles de bienvenida. El único problema que veo es que está demasiado enfocado al turismo inglés, todas las actividades son para ellos y los horarios de la comida más de lo mismo, en especial el de la cena que acaba a las 21:30 (en realidad a y 10 están recogiendo).. empiezan a las 18:30 que para nada es nuestro horario español quizás deberían atrasarlo como mínimo una hora.
