The room odor was disgusting. The curtains were broken and dirty. The bare minimum in room amenities is contained in this room. Not even the little pen and paper are in your room. The breakfast was even a disappointment. If I paid for a one/two star facility I would have understood that you get what you pay for. This room was priced like a three/four star hotel with one star quality. Not what I expect from a Holiday Inn Express.

Quite pricey for a Holiday Inn in the suburbs. We saved almost $100 booking through Expedia.

Nice place and have stayed here before. This was an overnight to attend a friends retirement party. The hotel is close to highway but is still quiet

We arrived at the hotel about 3:00 in the afternoon. We soon discovered that the TV did not work. We contacted the front desk. They did nothing. We contacted them by phone later. They did nothing. We tried to contact them a 3rd time when we went to dinner. No one was at the desk, and they did not come when we rang the bell. The lack of response was upsetting. When we stayed here last week, the fire alarm went off at 5:30 in the morning, and we had to evacuate. We got no apology or explanation. The breakfast on that date was out of orange juice, eggs, sausage, muffins, and coffee cups. It was later replenished, but we were annoyed that we had to wait. We will not be back.

Everything was very good. I was surprised hot breakfast options were not as plentiful and diverse as shown in pictures on their website. There weren't any gf options for bread or muffins nor water available so that was an inconvenience.

We were awakened at 5:30 a.m. when the fire alarm went off, and everyone had to evacuate the building. We were allowed back in after a half hour. There was no apology, explanation, or compensation given by the staff. Also, there were no eggs, sausage, or cinnamon rolls, orange juice, and coffee cups at breakfast. This was disapppinting considering what we paid for the room.

We had booked with Super 8 down the road and it was disgusting so my husband quickly booked with Holiday Express. It was quick check in and the moment we walked in the hotel smelled so good compared to the super 8. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. We are coming back at the end of July and will definitely be booking with them again

The bed was very comfortable and there were tons of options on TV. The staff was friendly and the location only steps away from a Dunkin', which was great because my only complaint about my stay was the food. Very few options, the pancake maker was broken, and almost no fruit. The tea and coffee options were not great and the water had a smell. Great place to stay, just eat elsewhere and pack drinking water.
