It was good

Adjoining rooms worked great for our family. Best waterslide for big kids! Hot tub wasn’t very hot. Very friendly staff at front desk.

Gym wasn’t open which is not good. Everything else was good.

The staff was AMAZING! They were short-staffed, and our room was not ready by the normal check-in time. They were incredibly apologetic and pushed for our room to be cleaned as quickly as possible. They called us when it was ready. Even bigger shout-out to Matt the employee who postponed his break to help us with my 4 year old niece's new walkie talkies that needed a tiny screwdriver to put in the batteries.

Excellent staff check in and asked us if we needed anything during our stay. Some issues with the room but they were attended promptly to when asked. It was a fun evening at the 40 bar. We were well rested with comfortable beds. Breakfast at the attached Chicken Chef was great! No complaints and will return again.

Good price. Clean rooms. Pool area was not the cleanest.

It felt like the front desk clerk had better places to be. Twice there was a “back in 15 minutes” sign at the front desk. While she may have thought this was helpful, we never new when the 15 minutes started

Great location, as there were restaurants in and around the hotel. Clean and tidy room, however bath supplies were scanty. In fairness, it was undergoing construction wit the carpet being replaced. Great timing for our stay that the pool and slides were already operational.

Quiet and decent for one night

The water slide was great for our son but not much of a pool for swimming. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately there were people stomping around, yelling and banging on doors and kids crying all night. Our room was so loud we hardly slept. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, I do not recommend staying here.

Staff were rude. Bathroom floor had hair all over the floor. Room was poorly cleaned. Room was cold and the heat was as high as it could go. Hotel is in need of major upgrades will not stay there again

They could have plugs for the bathtub. Some people like to have bubble baths.
