Check-in was good & staff was friendly at our late arrival. About 12:15 am we heard a knocking at the door. After not answering, a woman told us to open the door. She sounded drunk or high and was talking with a man who was with her. We told them go away and called the front desk to come up and take care of the situation. These people were able to get inside the building late at night. We went to discuss it with the front office in the morning, but nobody was there. The front door was open with a sign saying to call a number if you need a room. This is not a secure place to stay.

Vi hyrde lägenheten med två sovrum och tv-rum och köksdelen. Detta är det absoluta perfekta boendet för en familj eller sällskap! 2 badrum och egen kaffemaskin för kapslar. Coop ligger jättenära och även en trevlig bar/cafe Vanillq Café. Vi blev väldigt väl bemötta även att vi hade en plötslig och sen incheckning. Ligger jättenära flygplatsen bredvid ett bostadskvarter. Rekommenderar detta boende!

We had a great stay at this property in Pisa. Its location is really convenient - very close to the airport and just under a 30-minute walk to the city centre, which made getting around easy. The staff at reception were excellent: very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their accommodating attitude really made a difference to our stay. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing stay from beginning to end. Excellent for a close to Airport hotel, great bar, breakfast and friendly service. Only stopped one night but facilities would allow for a longer stay. Exceptional.

Trevligt välkomnande och perfekt läge för oss som skulle tidigt till flygplatsen på morgonen efter. Hade allt det nödvändiga men en lite dålig dusch och renlighet i hörnen.

Convenient, walking distance to the airport. 10 min drive to the attractions. The bedding is very basic and not matching the $150 charge. But it is for one night and the staff is great!

Staff asleep so couldn’t access the hotel. Had to book into another hotel in the middle of the night.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very warm and the AC was not possible to set to cooling, only fan. Everything else was good. Did not try the breakfast. It’s about 500m to walk to the airport, very convenient.
