Location is good, but room amenities limited (often upon request). Breakfast was disappointing. Otherwise, ok for business travel.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is extremely close to the train station, which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly, the room was modern and clean, and the check-in/check-out process was quick and easy.

Die Lage ist direkt am Bahnhof zentral gelegen.Die Suite war sehr groß und komfortabel aber das Badezimmer war etwas abgewohnt, z.B der Dischkopf sollte dringend aus hygienischen Gründen ausgewechselt werden.

The whole staff was super friendly and helpful. room and hotel was immaculately clean. Train station is a few steps away. Would definitely return.

The hotel itself looks nice, and I normally never write reviews, but unfortunately this experience was bad enough that I felt I should. The lady working in the breakfast area was wonderful — very kind and helpful. However, the experience at reception was the complete opposite. When we checked in, we were offered breakfast. Since we thought we wanted to explore the town early, we declined. We were specifically told that if we changed our mind later, we could let reception know because paying directly in the breakfast room would cost more. The next day, we changed our mind and went to reception to add breakfast, but the receptionist was extremely rude and simply said, “No, I can’t do that.” No explanation, no effort to help, nothing. We ended up going to the breakfast area and paying extra. I understand policies exist, but there is a way to speak to guests and treat people. The hotel should pay more attention to the staff they hire for reception because customer service matters, especially in hospitality. Very disappointing experience.

o hotel fica numa região meio longe. O café da manhã é OK. O restaurante não funciona todos os dias e com isso comemos do bar/bistro que tem só algumas opções mas são OK para uma refeição rápida. O estacionamento dica num estacionamento subterrâneo compartilhado com outros escritórios e com isso tem poucas vagas e é bastante apertado.

1min to central station, good parking garage and walking distance to centre. Big rooms and good bed, also air condition was working well.

Hotel is lovely. We stayed in a suite with a balcony and it was beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Very central for Parma and right next to the train station.

CLOSE TO TRAIN STATION ROOM HAD A BALCONEY WAS QUIET AND BRIGHT COMFORTABLE ROOM AND BED HAD A KETTLE FOR TEA AND COFFEE WILL USE AGAIN

Super fint værelse. Rigtig god morgenmad. Nem parkering under hotellet. Ligger lige 10 min gang fra centrum med rigtige gode restauranter.

Gute Lage - Nähe des Bahnhofes. Die Zimmer entsprechen der Beschreibung (Grösse, Annehmlichkeiten, usw.). Frühstücksbuffet - gut. Das Personal konnte sich nur in Italienisch und etwas Englisch verständigen - also war die Beratung etwas mangelhaft.
