I found bed bugs on the mattress and was refused a refund

I use to love this place and now I couldn't even sleep through the night because it was so loud and the room was filthy bed was broken

I normally dont trip if i see a bug. I saw enough to trip.

Convenient to surrounding area. Nice place for the price.

I was harassed over my two service animals and my service animals was forced to sleep in the car because the front desk clerk threatened to call the police if I admitted them

I propert was old. Front desk good. First room smell like smoke and fire alarm with wires hanging off celing. I switchd rooms better but old and chips of missing paint and marks on walls. Bed and lines were fine. Toliet seat old with marks. Don’t advis

My daughter's and i had to go to the emergency room because of bed bugs

Infested with stink bugs, only one bath towel for entire suite, stains on bathroom walls.

Please, stop. Take avisit and tell me what you think.

Within being in the room for two minutes, we saw and killed TWO bugs, a stink bug and a cockroach. Rooms are small and outdated. Beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. Would NEVER stay there again.

The place was dirty and filthy and noisy. We could hear the neighbors having sex all night. There was no hot water to take a shower. The bed was very uncomfortable the door I’m gonna attach a picture you can see right to the outside and it was bad.

I was impressed on how clean the room was. The shower curtain had a funny odor, and it looked dirty. Other than, it was a good value for the money.

There were bugs in the room and blood on the sheets.

Sticky floors, no carpet, moldy rusty bathroom, hole in wall and ceiling. Broken safety lock on door. Cord cut on telephone. Very thin, cheap, worn towels. Paper thin walls. BS 10 stars review

During Hurricane Helena We booked the his hotel through Expedia which said iut was open. We were So happy since our roof was destroyed i the storm. We arrived to find a sign stating that hotel was closed. Terrible. By then all other hotels were full
