My son's car was broken down, lots of drug activity, police even suggested we go somewhere else. I left because of safety, was told I would be refunded. They never refunded me and I left after 1 hour of my stay. The employees lied stating I would refunded.

Horrible

The room was dingy, the mattresses were stained, the beds weren't made (we had to make them ourselves, the sheets were just piled up), the soap in the bathroom had already been used. It was gross.

Overall my experience was my worst at a hotel ever I'm not sure if this is a Minneapolis thing or a motel six thing

There was no working AC in the room Front desk promised a $20 discount due to the facilities but never received it

Building stinks, carpet pulled in part of hallway so floor was sticky. Got to room and one bed wasn’t made the other had been laid on and bathroom was used

Two towels for 4 people and would not give an extra. Wouldn’t give an extra pillow. AC was very loud and didn’t cool.

Shower was clogged causing a safety hazard

One of the most disgusting rooms were not clean. Upon arrival of my guy telling him they don’t have no room no air-conditioning in the room of the hotel is deployable should be closed down.

The toilet, sink, & shower were not working. I called front desk and was told they will send someone to look into but no one did. Went to front desk and ask to be moved to a different room but was told no. Couldn’t shower or even use the restroom during the night. Will never stay there again. They didn’t even give me a refund for such horrible service.

I was around 11:30 PM and the staff members say we are about to cancel your booking because we are full already booked with the Expedia so it’s a third-party cancellation I request and the guys give me a really old room without AC and fan. I need a refund of this my booking

Had problem with room door locks. Elevator was out for 30 minutes. Limited amenities

Horrible and uncomfortable bed, no fridge, ants crawling on floor, paint falling off walls, and walls are paper thin you can hear everybody in the other rooms

This place needs to be shut down until they can figure out how to make it safe. Dogs are on the loose, getting detained, elevator never works. The whole building is gross. Homeless people everywhere. I would like a refund because I did not expect this type of experience. Shower is nasty/not cleaned, towels had stains on all of them, room was HORRIBLE. TV barely worked and I will repeat myself. This hotel needs to be condemned for safety reasons.

They gave away our room before we got there.

Had a reservation and tried to get an early check in. The room was destroyed to say the least. We left our stuff in the room while our was being cleaned. When we came back we found several roaches. Pics taken. Got moved into another room, but will definitely not book here again.

The first bedroom TV n air-condition did not work

I booked and paid my stay for two nights with a queen size bed, for a two twin bed and for some reason Expedia shows only one night. I came back to my room locked and my key wasn’t working. I went down to the front desk, got my key reactivated and was able to enter my room but my stuff was gone and someone else’s things was on the bed. I went down to the front desk and let them know if the situation and that’s when they told me that Expedia shows them only one night so they rented that room 225 to someone else. I showed them my payment recent and it showed two night that I paid for. At this point I told them to just find my bag and refund me the second night because this was a very bad experience and the place reeks of weed and smoking. I’m still waiting for my refund.
